I don't know now! After watching today's episode I didn't really feel like Sheetal and Aarav were acting! I mean, if Shyam really did send Sheetal and Aarav, then wouldn't they look like they were just acting! It didn't look like that today! So, now I'm not so sure about Shyam sending Sheetal to RM. Maybe Aarav actually is Arnav's son...but then one question I have is that if Arnav and Sheetal u no did it, then how does Arnav not remember that?! Maybe he was drunk? I don't know!
