9:00am ; Malhotra Enterprises

Geet entered her cabin settled her things on the table and moved towards her bosses cabin. She didn't knock on his door, entered inside only to see him busy with someones call.

"Its my pleasure Mr.Kashyap to work with you all.. Hamari company aapko shikaayat ka mauka nahi degi'"

"Hum kal hi hamari team ke saath designs ki presentation present karne aa jayenge' I hope aapke MD ko iss baat ki khabar hai.."

"Thankyou Mr.Kashyap.. See you tomorrow then'"

Geet looked at him expectantly and amused. Her boss ended the call and pulled her into a bone crushing hug.

"OMG' Geet..!!! Yes we did it' Main tumhein bata nahi saktha aaj main kitna khush hoon'"

Geet's petite figure was squeezed in his hug, she managed to free herself and looked at him excitedly yet a little drained from the hug.

"Yash' Calm down yaar.. Aisa bhi kya hogaya..?? Joh tu phuli nahi sama raha..??"

"Geet' How to tell you yaar' Hamari company ke past projects aur designs dekhkar India ki No.1 Construction company KC ne humein unnke saath kaam karne ka mauka diya hai'"

"Hayye Rabba' India's No.1 Construction Company..!!! Its such a great news' I knew it hum ek din iss mukam tak pahonch hi jaayenge' Waise yeh sab kaise hua..??"

"Maine bus hamaare past ke kuch designs joh tumne design kiyein thein unnke naye project ke liyein suggest kiyein aur unnke associate manager Mr.Kashyap ko woh behat pasand aaye.. And so aaj subah unnhone mujhe call kiya aur kal hi humein unnke MD ko new designs present karne hai' So Mrs.Shekhawat are you ready for the challenge'??"

"When it comes to work I am seriously professional aur tumse behtar yeh kaun jaan saktha hai'"

"Yeah.. I know!!! Waise RV ki koi khabar..?? Humein toh call karne ki usse phursat hi kaha hai..??"

"Pata nahi tum aur woh Meera kyon usske jaan ke picche pade hon' (Geet sirf yeh dono nahi' Cia ke saare readers bhi hai line mein' God save RV..!! 😲) Waise usski leave cancel ho gayyi issilyein woh iss mahine bhi nahi aa payega'"

"Picche kyon nahi padenge..?? Pehle toh humari gair-maujudgi mein tum dono ne shaadi kar li' Usske baad usski woh saddi hui leave joh 1-2 mahino ke liyein accept ho jaati hai' Aur lastly jab woh aa jata hai toh humare liyein time hi nahi hota usske pass' Usski zindagi toh bas usske kaam, patni aur tum dono ka woh cute baccha' Bas ussi ke ird-gird ghumti hai' Hum toh hai nahi usske kuch.."

Geet got a little teary but tried to cheer him up.

"Aisa nahi hai Yash' You know how commited he is towards his work.. Aur iss bar jab aayega' Tumhare saath hi chod dungi' Phir acche se sabak sikhana usse'"

"As if joh bhi hum kahenge aur woh kar lega' Chodon bas usse aane dein dekhta usse main' Filhal you get to work' Issbar aise designs present karna ke MD ki aankhein tumhare kaam se hat hi nahi paye'"

"Yeah' I know!!! Aisa mauka thodein hi baar baar milega'"

9:30am ; Khurana Constructions

"Waise Adi.. Why Malhotra Enterprises' Hum toh humare designs Chopras ke saath finalise karte hai'??"

"Siiirrr' Kal hi maine Malhotra's ke pehle wale designs dekhe hai.. They are quite impressing Siiirrr!!! Maanna padega unke architect mein ek alag hi khoobi hai' Issiliyein I felt why not give it a try' I hope you are ok with it Siirrr'!!!"

"If you feel its impressing then fine I'l have a look at their presentation tomorrow'"

At the same time Maan gets a call. Adi excuses himself. By looking at the caller ID Maan's expression become stern and he answered the call.

"I hope tumhein usska photo mil gayya hai' I want you all to search every nicks and corners of Delhi you get that'"

"Usska naam hai Geet Handa' Agar shaam tak I don't get any news about her you better get ready to lose your job'"

He ended the call giving his ultimatum and self thought bas kuch der aur Maan phir Geet tumse rubaroon khadi hogi.

4:00pm ; Malhotra Enterprises

Geet had finished designing the designs and had handed over it to Yash. Yash didn't look over her work because he had a strong belief in her work and designs. They were just outstanding and discrete from all her past works. Geet had closed her eyes and was resting on her chair in her cabin when the shrill ringing of her cell phone made her open her eyes. She looked at the caller ID and smiled cutely.

"Hello.. Baccha..!! Ab yaad aayi meri..??"

"Yeah.. I can understand Dear' Waise tu hai kahaan..??"

Listening to the next set of words she abruptly stood from her chair and spoke trying to apprehend her words.

"Kya' Tu pahonch gayyi Delhi'!!! Nahi aisa nahi hai' I liked your surprise bahot surprising tha'"

Geet while talking to her collected all her belongings from the table and rushed out of her cabin. She didn't have time to tell Yash she was leaving.

"Main toh office mein hoon' Don't worry tera kamra waise ka waisa hai' Ab tu saari baatein phone par karegi kya..??? Ghar jaldi aana' Can't wait to see u'"

Geet hurriedly came out of her office premises and halted a taxi and got into it telling him the address. She banged her hand on her forhead and self thought. Aaj surprise mehnga na pad jaaye. Babaji..!!! Ghar ko dekhe mahine ho gayye.. Aur baccha ko kya kaha 'Tera kamra waise ka waisa hai..' Tu toh gayyi Geet' Bas usske aane se pehle sab jhaadu-pocha thik se ho jaaye aur jaldi bhi' Plz Babaji sambhal lena aaj'

4:30pm ; Maan's Bedroom (KM)

Maan was desparately waiting for the call. He couldn't concentrate on his meetings, his work and so winded up early and reached KM. And as if God heard his pleadings his cell rang with the expected caller ID. He answered it in a haste.

"Hello' Kya khabar mili hai..??"

"Kya' Delhi Working Woman's Hostel.. Hmm.. Paise kal pahonch jaayenge'"

Without wasting a second he excitedly moved towards the place where His Geet was staying. How he wished he had some supernatural powers to reach that place.

5:00pm ; Delhi Working Woman's Hostel

Once he reached there he asked at the reception for His life but.

"Sorry Sir!! Yahaan pe koi Geet Handa nahi hai'"

"Aap aisa kaise keh sakthi hai' Just check your damn register again Ms.Geet Handa naam hoga'"

Listening to his raised voice the terrified lady pushed the register towards him so that he himself could believe her words. Not finding her name on the register Maan felt the ground slipping from his feet.

He came out of the Hostel and called the person who was about to face MSK's wrath now.

"Hello' Within 5mins' I say within 5mins you have to reach here' Samjhe'"

The guy didn't wait for ending his call but sat in his car and zoomed to the place. As soon as he came face to face to Maan. First of all his face became white looking at the intensity of redness in Maan's eyes and when Maan shook him holding his collar he felt his soul was leaving him.

"Yeh kaisi khabar di tumne mujhe' Ek kaam kaha tha aur woh bhi thik se nahi kiya tumne'"

"Siiirrr.. Mai-ne' toh' aap-ko.. sa-hi' kha-bar' di..thi'"

"Jhoot mat bolon tum' Yahaan woh mujhe nahin mili'"

"Siiirrr' Me-ri' jhaa-nch' au-r' khu-fi-yaan' info se' yeh-in' pa-ta' cha-la.. hai.. kii.. woh' lad-ki' yehi' aa-ti.. thi' Shaa-yad.. wo-h.. ab.. yah-haan.. se.. kahi.. aur cha-li' ga-yyi'"

Maan left his collar and ran his hands through his hair in frustration.

This was the only source he had found to meet her if she left this place too then God knws where he will find her. But he won't give up this easily. He made his mind jahan bhi jao Geet main tumhein dhoond nikalunga.

5:30pm ; Shekhawat Villa (SV)

Geet reached her destination to see a small villa. The front courtyard of the house was littered with dried leaves. She took a broom and cleared it all. She moved towards the entrance and unlocked the main door of the villa. As soon as the door was unlocked the sight made her widen her eyes. She entered inside cursing herslf.

"Hayye Rabba' Dekh Geet kya haalat kar di ghar ki' Aise bhi koi undekha chodta hai kya'?? Ab galti teri hai toh sudharna bhi tujhe hi padega' Chal lag ja kaam pe'"

With that she tied her dupatta around her waist took a broom and a rag and dusted all the dust covered on the furniture, cleared the cobwebs.

She did the same to all the rooms and entered the kitchen to place all the grocery, vegetables-fruits and eatables she had brought while coming. After an hour of cleaning and arranging everything she brought a can of room-freshner and sprayed it almost the house. She moved in the drawing room and thumped herself on the sofa. She made a call to Meera letting her know she won't be coming to the hostel as her bachha had finally come and also informed the warden about her sudden leaving..
