Ok barun sobti doesnt go to awards.
justifications
1, he is media shy.
2. He follows aamir khan.
countering point 1
If he is media shy, then he would not have been in front of camera doing acting on first place. Shy??? privacy? Where was this Shyness when he did some double meaning and hot stuff in baat hamaari pakki hai. So this shyness doesnt work.Because a shy person cant face camera and be a public figure. A celebrity is famous for public and their public appearances are must.

Come on we always have a bad habit of comparing Film stars lifestyle with that of TVstars. Its not apt. Aamir Khan doesnt go to awards have their own different reason. Aamir Khan was very upset when in 1993 filmfare awards he was expecting an award for best actor for jo jeeta wohi sikandar but that was given to anil kapoor for beta. In india most awards filmfare, screen, stardust are awards given by media Houses, and aamir didnt had good terms with media in that early phase of his career and thereby he avoided the awards.
But we human beings, dont we like appreciation??dont we like winning?, dont we like people valuing us.? Yes ceratinly.thats why aamir khan is always excited for Oscars, Thats why he is intersted in National awards. A family member from their family in an interview to a magazine long time back it hinted that within inside he also missed going to those awrds night due to his ego and hurt. He also missed enjoying the parties along with his colleagues.
So its not that aamir doesnt likes awards. He has just made his life used to without it.
But Barun has no such story like that of aamir khan. Barun from beginning has always been appreciated by Tv journalists for his acting skills, He has been the only IPK person bagging awards evrywhere. So telling that he is following aamir path is totally absurd.
If aamir does that it suits him. He rejected awards after giving blockbusters like Rangeela, Raja Hindustani. Plus his rejecting awards doesnt matter much, He is from a filmy family, His father is famous filmmaker Nasser Hussain and he is the nephew of director mansoor khan. Such a strong filmy background.
But Barun??? what special reasons he has???
I dont expect him to go and land up in each award show, But few atleast can be attended na ????
This really gives out a bad signal..displaying arrogance.
Other tv actors are attending awards but they dont win .. and here Barun is winning all time but he doesnt attend?? One day when all these things will not be there he will realise.
I guess Barun like any normal human being also wants appreciation. Even aamir looks for awrds, i mean the oscars. So what is stopping barun??? Isnt it great that the Tv industry is assembling in an awards night and he is getting honoured in front of all. ?

we fans also have a desire to see u climbing the podium and receiving an award. He is star because of his role, because of the continous adulation public showers on him.
Star parivaar was an family event of star.But here all shows, all important people of Tv n film industry remain present.
I think he got married too early. Couldnt even enjoy his stardom properly.
My only point is life doesnt give such chances to all. We should always value if somebody honours us. I see so many dissapointed faces in many awrds show. It speaks how an awrd means to those non winning ones after all evryone works hard for it. Even Big B, Srk crave for awrds after winning so much.
Barun has to say hello hi bye bye to this tendency. If he can be so confident doing those naughty stuff in baat hamaari pakki hai, then why not face the world as the BARUN SOBTI, whom we love so so much.
