What The - Hide and Seek Edition

A good episode to end a very stressful and long week.

Some progress in the storyline. Execution was good once again, excellent use of the cast throughout. Hopefully things will begin to get better from here.

Episode begins with Aarav asking his mum why they aren't going to meet his dad.

Khushi,who was relieved at the end of the episode yesterday, 30 seconds into today and she was back to being shakki biwi. Tchah.

I really felt bad for the kid today. He was promised the biggest thing of his life. A meeting with his father. Only to find out his mother was lying. It was awful seeing him heartbroken, all his excitement, happiness and dreams gone down the drain in an instant.

He leaves for School and goes missing.

Midget decides to hunt his dad on his own. He still believes his dad will turn up at the restaurant. Such are the hopes and beliefs of a five year old child.

I am really disliking Sheetal. 😡She has so got to have a plan. I don't feel she is the kids mother. She hovers around Khushi, always triggers something that will make Khushi suspicious. Why is it Khushi who is the only one noticing all of this?

Even today she gave Khushi an evil look in the kitchen, then was on the phone in front of the whole family. One cannot help but be suspicious of her actions. What is this lady's plan?? What does she want? Moreover, who is she?

She always says she is a bad mother. How many mothers call themselves bad in front of strangers?? So many questions. So many answers needed.🤓

Trying the sympathy card in front of Arnav eh? Don't bother Sheetal. The man is thick as a boot and doesn't give a toss about other peoples feelings. Save the paani. Shut the waterworks.🥱

Overall

• Loved that the family scolded Sheetal. Including Payal and NK

• Loved that Arnav scolded Sheetal three times.😈

• Mami bond asks why Sheetal didn't drop Aarav off to the bus. Yes Lady? Tera issue kya hai?

• Arnav cares for the midget not the mother. There is the Cvs answer to whoever thought Arnav had feelings for Mummy. Surprised there was doubt in the first place. Tut tut.😲

• I love that Sheetal got the backseat. No shak about that. Khushi aage hai aur hamesha rahegi.😈

• Arnav shaved in the car again.

• Khushi says she has never seen Arnavji so worried. Um really Khushi? Do you want me to give you a list of scene numbers where Arnav was worried? Starting with the 2 major ones. Scene 200-201 and 335-336.🤓

• Arnav got passed as midgeys father twice and he denied. Moreover he repeatedly tells Sheetal to introduce the kid to his dad. There is no doubt in him that the kid could be his. He is 100% sure. And he is our ASR. Not a standard SP hero, who for the sake of the kids happiness would have accepted him. Lied.

• Midget hides in the freezer. I wanted to slap the mother here. Dafty! Her negligence nearly turned the kid into a bag of peas.😡

• I find this picture funny for some reason. Their expressions make me ROFL🤣 Pata nai Why. Look at the man at the back,😆

Looking forward to Karwa chauth tomorrow. 😃Hopefully it will be a somewhat light, happy episode. SKD stuff balanced with Khushi Kumari Sherlock Holmes. A small breather before the storm next week. Who knows when we will get a happy couple again.😳

Also, for those afraid that Arnav will break Sheetal's vrat. He won't. The guy doesn't give a toss about her or understands rituals. If she does faint, he'll shout for HP to give Sheetal paani.😎

Another good episode leading upto the ME, good to see execution improve and the cast being utilized well. I felt horrible for Aarav when he realized Sheetal lied to him, he was heartbroken and it did not go unnoticed by the family who rightfully blasted Sheetal for crushing a little boy's hopes. Sheetal tries to play the sympathy card but right now their sympathy lies with a heartbroken little boy.

Sheetal goes into the kitchen where she gives Khushi a dirty look before conveniently heading into the living room to take a call where its revealed Aarav never made it to school, as if it were any surprise to Sheetal. Seriously this was her plan all along to have him run away, which mother would break her child's heart and watch him going off to school in tears? Not once did she try to reach out to him she just let him go while she threw herself a pity party. Either she truly is a bad mother or this child is not hers!

The search is on for Aarav but so far no luck, Arnav reaches home and its his turn to blast Sheetal for delivering a promise she never intended to fall through on. Sheetal comes up with the lamest excuse of all, she thought Aarav would forget … seriously?! A child never forgets especially when you make a huge promise about making him meet a father he yearns for!!

Aarav, the poor child awaits believing his father will show up, he is so desperate that he hides in a freezer! Fortunately Arnav finds him and no harm came to the kid but what a risk to take! Sheetal is getting more calculating by the day and it was pretty obvious she put this plan in motion but what if something had gone wrong? What if Aarav were to have been hit by a car or was not found in time while hiding in that freezer? How could any mother take such a risk? This is why again I believe she couldn't be his mom.

It seems Khushi's insecurities are clouding her judgment as she fails to remember past incidents where Arnav has been out of his mind with worry, what she is seeing her is quite mild compared to the past. Looks like Sheetal has Khushi right where she wants her but not for long!

Read the upcoming spoilers and I am loving where things are heading, once Arnav is in the know Sheetal's plan will fall apart from there. Sheetal may succeed in creating a rift between Arnav and Khushi but she will never be able to break them nor will Arnav ever accept a child that is not his. Arnav will have this plan backfire for Sheetal and she will regret the day she ever messed with ASR. Here's hoping she'll regret messing with KSR too as I would love for Khushi to have a chance to get even for being played.

As for the ME, no expectations just sit back, watch and think of where things are heading in the upcoming week. It is going to be a rollercoaster ride but one with promising results so hang in there!
