How long has Aarti been pregnant? Shouldn't they like make her stomach a little bigger? Its flat as hell! 😳 It doesn't even seem like she's pregnant...she still looks the same...

I think the baby not grow up bcoz of the complication 😆...they shud make Aarti stomach a little bigger after 4months...usually the stomach will be seen a little big after 4months pregnancy...
