Some women who are lucky, they don't look pregnant in the early stage but they show after first trimester or at 4 months. Well Aarti is eating healthy and she is just on the run, that why the baby doesn't show.

Hope Cvs show the pregnancy naturally.

No,it can't grow a lot in a month! The bump starts showing only in the late 2nd or 3rd month, that is if a girl is thin. Aarti is in early second month! so its fine.
