Okay I just saw

Everyone was gathered in th garden, Sapna was reading something from paper and all the girls were standing on her left and right, all the boys were sitting and watchig them. At the end Sapna bowed down like and Siddhu ran and gave her a tight hug, the volume was off
Then I saw all the female contestants getting along and hugging each other even Aashka holded sapna for 5 seconds on her lap

Maybe she is apologizing for her behaviour
