Sheetal's entry - Shyam's another plan?

Just like he brought dadi to RM, is it Shyam's another plan to separate Arnav and Khushi by bringing his college days girl friend Sheetal into picture? May be Aarav is not his son, but Shyam/Sheetal taught him all of Arnav's habits to create a misunderstanding of Aarav being Arnav's son?
