Yup I think it would great idea!!! But could it be animated as mostly every banner contest is non animated

^ you see...we can't have a full animated banner..because the size would be too much. Animation is ALLOWED..but only VERY LITTLE. You see the current ML banner has animation. The little sparkling stars or w/e is a good example of wht kind of animation is allowed..and how much of it is allowed.
