Part 13

Maan was in anger, anger which he could kill. Anger that could burn the whole world. His hands busy with his mobile trying to reach Sameera but there was no sign of her nor Arjun. He hated everything yet he kept quite. He hated the way he bent in front of his family and he hated the way she was tied to him. Geet, the name was enough for him to boil in anger while he heard the door opening. He did not turn but heard his Mom and sister getting tat Geet into his room. He clenched his fists while they entered inside.

Geet was scared, probably scared for the first time entering this room. The room which was once her's and would never think before entering it but now her legs were not with her. she looked up at the room while a sudden lane of memories flooded her whole bloody. Her eyes reached the man, her Maan.. was he hers really.. and she could say the way he was clenching his fists tat he was just not angry but ready to kill her the very next moment she was left alone.

Shika: Geet beta.. from today this room wil belong to you as it belongs to Maan.

Geet tried to say something but she was stopped by Shika.

Shikha: I know its not a usual wedding but now you are Maan's wife and have equal right on him and his belongings.

Geet (ST); rights… yeh tho kab ka cheen juka hain Mom… My Maan.. the Maan.. whom I loved.. or say still loves somewhere is not my Maan, Mom.. he is Maan Singh Khuranna.. whom I don't know..

Shikha saw her lost.

Shikha: Kaha kho gayi beta..

Geet: Kuch nahi Mom.. I mean aunty..

Shikha 's heart pained hearing it.

Maan: its not my fault Mom and was never..

Shikha: yaa.. I know…leave it.. Geet I hope tat you make yourself comfortable here.

They both left the newly wedded couple all alone. Geet stood rooted to her place while Maan was still clenching his fists. He turned and the look he gave to Geet made her to shiver with fear. He moved closer while Geet clenched her Mangalsutra tighter in her hand standing at the same place with closed eyes. the next second she heard the room door shutting with a loud noise almost making her hold her body. She turned to see but there was no Maan but his blood drops on the floor. She bends down and touches it with pain.

Geet: kuch tho kaho Maan.. say something.. but don't do this.. please.. I know you hate me.. I know.. you hate me… kill me Maan kill me…I cant I cant take this pain anymore.. why babaji.. why did you bring me here.. I had left this long back na.. than why.. why did you.. Kya matlab hain ish sindoor ka.. kya matlab hain ish mangalsutra.. boliye Babaji.. wat does this marriage stands for..how will I take this pain now..

She sat on the window pain watching the moon, the moon which was once their friend but now she was all lonely in this whole world. How will she face herself now.. wat will she say to her heart who somewhere craved for him.. but she knew tat she would never be his nor he would be hers. Her tears dried long back, her eyes blank, her face had no emotions she looked like a dead body. This is wat her future holds now.

She did not turn when she heard the door open. She knew it was he but she sat there as she was sitting the whole night. He saw her but did not bother to say anything. he turned and left for washroom while Shikha and Dadima entered inside. They were shocked to see her still in her bridal wear and jewelry and the look at her was enough for them to know tat she did not sleep for a second. They closed their eyes with pain, the pain tat she was going. Why was god so harsh on her. Shikha slowly reached near her making her to stand while Dadima helped to remove her jewelry.

Geet was numb.. she did not know wat to say and wat to do.

Shikha: Rehne dijiye Maa.. yeh iski kismat hain.. Maan ne di hui kismet hain uski… aur humari badkismati ki hume Maan jaisa beta mila..

Maan who had just came out from washroom heard his mother's words which made him to burn in anger but still he did not say a word. He slowly moved to get his clothes while Shikha and Dadima led Geet to washroom giving her dress. Geet sat under the shower that was drenching her taking her pain.

Raj looked at his doll while Vicky was avoiding looking at him. He knew tat he could not blame his family nor anyone else but blamed himself tat he played with her life blamed himself tat he hid such big truth about her life. Geet sat there looking straight. She did not know what she will do nor she has anything here. Shikha saw Maan coming down all ready for office.

Shikha: Maan.. you just married and you are ready for office.

He kept quite and started to move out.

Dadima: Maan.. did not you hear Shikha calling you. come right here and have breakfast.

Maan: Breakfast.. since when did Raj Singh Khuranna allowed me to have breakfast with him Dadima.

Shikha: Maan….

Maan: don't you remember Mom.. wat Dad had said… 7 years back.. tat I don't have any right to sit with him and have food. So why now wats the change now.

Dadima: There's change Maan.. You are married now.. Geet is your wife.

Maan did not say anything else and moved out for KC while Geet was still lost but her mind and heart were on his words. The reality tat he was not allowed to have his meals with his Dad hit her so hard tat she almost collapsed on the floor. Everyone rushed to her being panicked. Vicky carried her upstairs while Raj called the family doctor. Annie cried seeing her Di.. or say bhabi lying all lifeless while Vicky was now angry on his family.

Vicky: This is wat I feared Dad.. see wat you did.. she is dead Dad. A living soul.

Raj did not say a word hearing Vicky. he somewhere felt tat he was wrong.

Vicky: Do you realize Dad wat we have done.. oh god… wat will happen now Dad.. she had built a wall around her and now she will be staying in front of bro… her Maan whom she denies to love but she does… how will she survive Dad how will.. how will she take the burden of this marriage.

Shikha: tho kya karte hum Vicky.. how could we let them die… how could vicky..

Vicky: Mar jaane dete Mom.. atleast they would have died together but now.. Bro will kill her.. Bro ki kismat ushe marr dalegi Mom. Mar jayegi who..

Shikha: Nahi.. she wont.. I know.. she will fight for both.. I know.. Maan will fight for her.. they will fight for their love.. I know.. they will..

Raj: nahi.. they wont shikha.. they wont.. I was wrong.. I was wrong.. in doing this.. I would have let them die together.. I would have let them die.. I was wrong..

Dadima: Bas.. bas kijiye aap sab.. No one will cry.. no one will blame.. nothing will happen to Geet nor Maan.. do you get.. they will survive and fight with all odds even their ill fate and destiny. They will fight.

Vicky: Really Dadima…

Dadima: Enough Vicky.. not a word more.. you wont say a word more now.

The doctor was here and they kept quite. The doctor informed them tat she fainted due to stress and tension and if this continues it would be dangerous for her. she needs to be happy at any cost. The doctor put her on saline and left giving them the precautions to be taken.

Maan Singh Khuranna.. the new MD of Khuranna constructions who had joined few days back but was not less than a terror for the whole staff and today he was such a terror tat he had almost fired 5 people from it.

Maan: wat the hell is this Adi.. just one two days away from here and it's a mess.. how did you fail to see the mistakes in the figures.

Adi ran for his life while Maan threw everything from his table hurting his already wounded hand. He let the blood drip once again taking out his anger.

Geet got up screaming his name while Shikha and Dadima ran to her. she was sweating and shivering calling out for him.

Shikha: Geet…

Vicky: bro theek hain Geet… he is fine.. he is fine geet..

Geet: he is not.. he not Vicky.. I know… he is pain.. I want to see him Vicky..

Vicky parted and cups her face trying to make her understand.

Vicky: sshh.. Bro is fine.. Your Maan… is fine Geet.. he is fine.. nothing happened to him.. his at office.. Geet.. he is fine..

Geet: he is na Vicky.. he is na..

Vicky: haan.. he is .. now sleep.

He made her t sleep and tugged her inside the duvet. He turned to see his whole family along with the Handa's seeing him in confusion.

Vicky: Yahi tho hain.. Geet ke sath. She knows when bro is in pain and in danger..

Yash: But he is at KC right now.. I just talked to him.

Vicky: I know.. but he must be in pain.. and I now believe Dad.. tat their destiny is true.. tat she is the one who will save Bro and he is the one who will destroy her.

Rano: par Vicky yeh sab..

Vicky: Its just not today choti Maa.. its always.. like this.. geet gets restless and turns violent when bro is in some danger. Its always due to her tat we are able to save bro

Shikha: Yeh.. kaisi.. kismat hain bhagwaan.. kyu likhi hain aapne aisa anokhi kismat meri bacho ki zindagi mein.. kya hoga inke.. ek nafrat kartha hain.. aur dusra nafrat ke saath pyar.. how will they fight with themselves to save each other.. how ill they save their relation god.. how will they..

Rano cried hugging Yash seeing her daughter in this condition. why were they so helpless tat they could not help her. why did they have to let her die here.
