Here is the next update. I just loved your comments that I had to update this one. I am doing a project on historical monuments on one tab while writing this on another. So, forgive me if there are mistakes.
I will try to make the coming updates bigger than this one. Anyway, enjoy. And don't forget to comment.

"Riya?", called out Rathore. He saw her resting her head on the swirling chair. The stress was present on her face.
"Yes, sir?"
"Why don't you go home Riya? You look really tired. You can come back tomorrow, right?"
"Yes Ri. Rathore sir is right. You should go back home. I will take care of the paperwork.", piped in Shree. He had been considering telling this to her from the morning, but had no idea how he would react.
"No, Shree. With all due respect, Rathore sir, even if you ordered me I will not go home. What if I am not allowed to come back tomorrow?"
"You will come back Riya. I have been telling you that for about an hour. Even if your parents does not allow you are a grown up girl. You can do whatever you want."
Riya nodded carelessly. They don't understand, she thought. For them it was the case of a mad boyfriend.
The problems had started months ago. Maybe even years. She was never the beloved child of her parents. Her concepts and ideas had always been against that of her mother and father. Leading a disturbed childhood, feeling unwanted, she had searched for solace everywhere. The way it finally reached her was bizzare. It was during a vacation. To get a change from her surroundings her Maasi had insisted in going to a remote village. That was where she had met him.Sanjay. A teacher with good degrees. Just out of college. His jokes and care had reached into her in a way nobody else could. She started sharing his views on building a better education system. 6 months back, she received his proposal, shocking her. She had never considered him more than a brother. When she rejected he started becoming possessive. He met her parents and received their consent for the marriage.
Last night, she thought with a shudder, he had tried to force himself on her. He had entered the flat saying that he worked with her, to the guard. The guard, who knew everyone on the ETF from her numerous talks. He immediately called the ETF office. Rathore sir arrived in the nick of time. If he hadn't, she thought. Leave it, something whispered from inside her. Somethings are best left alone.
Riya woke up startled on hearing a voice like a low animal growl form the door of the office.
"Who the hell is Sanjay?"
Riya jumped up, praying that God should have some mercy on Sanjay, and began talking in a soothing voice, to Arjun.
