Confused about Anandi forgiving Jag

I do not get the point of Anandi's forgiving Jagya. I am not questioning how a woman could forgive a man who cheated on her and lied about it for months together and then treated her like dirt. I am wondering what was the need to do this now.

Basant and Bhairav were arguing about J staying at the haveli. B said he and Anandi can never forgive what J did to her. Between all this, she goes to J and says 'For my peace of mind and for my family, I forgive you'. How does this change anything? Does it mean Bhairav will agree to J staying at haveli? Whether they forgive J or not, him staying at haveli has ill effects on Anandi, Shiv and their relationship, so J shouldn't be staying at the haveli till Anandi's marriage. So why this forgiving? Why now?

see, she doesnt want bhairon to leave the house for her sake. She knows that only if she forgives Jagya, Bhairon will not fight with Basant on the matter (he may not be happy but at least he wont leave)

anaamica, Anandi probably thought Jagat would get a life when she refused to forgive him earlier instead of hanging around Jaitsar trying his hand at different professions.

There's a big confusion between forgivness and acceptance...many people are assuming tht since she has forgiven jagya for whatever reason she will accept him back. She didnt say anything abt accepting him again.

Even i thought the same. Jagya can stay in haveli if his family members hv no problem with him bt y right now? And there was no need of arguement between bhairav and basant. If any of them think its jagya's birth right to stay in haveli than they can discuss it privately sitting in room. Y in front of shiv? Dnt they hv sense how shiv would feel on jagya nd anandi staying under same roof? And wise decision should b to focus on jagya leaving or staying after anandi's marriage. Anandi was forced to forgive jagya becoz of basant-bhairav war.

she will forgive but not accept him ,,, may be next move will be to get anandi for jug but aanandi should get detrmined to be with shiv

I think she did that because she wants to re-unite J with his family before she gets married and leaves the Haveli. I think DS also wants the same. I believe , they are not even thinking of Ja-An reunion. Now that the whole family wants J to stay except Bhairon, A thinks that if she also forgives him, then Bhairon might let him stay at Haveli.

This would be fine ONLY as long as she wishes J to stay with his family. But if she starts getting confused about accepting J in her life , then it would be annoying. The CV's have not yet revealed her intention or opinion in this matter..i hope they don't show her this way. If they show her getting confused about this, then this forgiving drama would be because she loves to see J hovering around her in Haveli.👎🏼

Edit: And if she wants J to stay in Haveli, i think she should first pack her bags and leave to her dads place for once ,atleast as a token of respect to CM(her future in-laws).
