i strongly believe its the bollywood people who get paid more cuz the directors invest millions in their movies and hence, the rewards are high too.

I heard it from an actor who does both serials and big screen that serial pays weekly whereas in films you have an initial signing amount and the rest later after the movie has been released and you kinda like have to chase for payment. and unless you are a big name how many roles can you get in films per year vs daily serials.
