ASR is a man ruled by his head and not his hormone

ASR has always been ruled by his head and not his hormones!!

There has been lot of discussion in the past 2 dys regarding the current track in IPKKND.

People have lost their sleep over the rumours that araav the new kid is being shown as arnav's son.

But that wud be the most absurd thing ever to be shown.The reasons are as follows ::

1) First of all the ASR we know is a man who is known for his integrity and honesty. He was never shown as a womaniser.
Rather he was shown as a person without emotions who never believed in love.
He has always been wary of girls/women who try to trap rich young men.Remember his distrust of khushi to begin with??

2) And to those who think it could have been a college romance, well, the word romance never existed in ASR's dictionary until he met khushi.So obviously it wasn't love. But, then he was never the type to give in to momentary loss of control with a girl.

It was always first hatred, concern, protectiveness, anger but never lust.

He is the same ASR who shared a room with khushi post the hate marriage .
What better way wud he have to take revenge on her than force her for physical relation after hate marriage?? But he never did that. So he had his own set of morals after all.

He loved her, was attracted to her , yet never tried to be physical with her. In gupta house, he slept on the same bed, drawing solace from just holding her hand. A guy who was ruled by his hormones could never had done it.

4) Even with Lavanya, we never saw him initiate a hug or any intimate moment. Neither we saw lust/desire in his eyes for her. She was just someone who was convenient to have around since it kept nani's marriage plans at bay. Yes he did intend to have a live in with her. But when nani objected he gave up the idea.

Besides we never saw the confidence in lavanya which a physical relationship with arnav wud have given her. She was alwyas so unsure of him. And knowng ASR the way we do, we know that his eyes would not be drwan automatically to khushi even in la's presence if he was sleeping with La.

ASR has never been so callous.
This is why he could break up with La so cleanly.
He just told her he doesn't feel for her the way she feels for him. Thats all. It would have been a lot more messy , if they were physically involved.

So with all of the above considerations, how could ASR have had a phycical relation with sheetal which resulted in a child ??

Though a lot of ppl and even I think it is absolutely out of character for Arnav to be virgin, your post makes is seem so possible! I also agree that he seems like someone who would had flings after being successful. In fact before it was revealed that Arnav has an MBA, I always use to think that that he did did not go to college and was instead working hard to make it big.

Although you have written some valid points regarding Arnav not having had a physical relationship with Sheetal - you are forgetting something important. For Sheetal to be able to create the doubt in Khushi's and Arnav's mind - she must have been sleeping with him. Otherwise Sheetal will be ousted the second she claims the son is Arnav if they have never slept together. Do you really think Sheetal is that stupid to claim something without any backup like they used to date?

One thing I can tell you is that: if you lie you lie as truthfully as possible. If you claim that a man is the father of your son than you have to have slept with him in the first place.

I dont care about Sheetal and Arnav's past physical relationship - it could have been a one night stand and Arnav could have been drunk or something. But I refuse to continue to watch this show if Aarav is his son - they can swap the DNA tests and let us believe he is Arnav's son for a while but at the end he is not.

But we are all jumping the gun here - Arnav might never have had any relationship at all with Sheetal and the whole Aarav being Arnav's son is played out between Khushi and Sheetal only. Maybe Arnav will never find out in the beginning what Khushi thinks and why she is spending time with Aarav. We all have to wait and watch this whole week before being able to see what the CVs are planning to do.

At the age of fourteen he saw his father bitraying mom, this all changed his life to bitterness, he hated all women except his mom and di, he believd that th world is cruel and bad. These memories still haunted.
In such a condition how can a man like ASR have a girl friend and jst have causual sex, when all that he faced jst yrs back is as fresh as anything.

exactly my point too, if they show that ASR fathered a son at the age of 19 ,20. that would mean he holds double standards. and that is not the ASR we know.
