I have to admit that it was indeed a really VERY GOOD episode overall. I love the way they balanced out the light hearted moments with the emotional moments. The first half was so cute with Kunal suggesting Siddhi should drink... đ , while at the same time trying to tell her how he had survived the last 9 years in her absence. And then the bathroom scene was adorably cute! Specially the way Kunal burst out laughing. And then his "Kyun... Darr gayi!" was just too damn cute for words and Siddhi's annoyance was only adding to the cuteness. But then satyanaash happened and Kunal called Abhay...
But whatever happened after this was the HIGHLIGHT of the entire episode. Siddhi FINALLY put into words her feelings which she's been suppressing for so long now. The way she talked about having someone by your side, the feeling of love and experiencing this love, the fact that her physical pain had vanished but the emotional pain and the mental anguish she was still persisting...Such a beautifully written scene. And lol...I loved how she responded to Kunal's concern for her falling down "Toh tum mujhe catch karlena" đ ... I loved how she said it in such a matter of fact manner, like she knows that he will always be there to hold onto her. And heck why not? Mr, Chopra has in recent times also become a gold medalist in catching her at all times and across all occasions... đ. Siddhi was so adorable while poor Kunal was having a heart attack. And the last scene had to be the best of the lot! Siddhi finally expressing how she wanted to tell him the truth but how she herself lost the way . After this she seemed to be literally begging Kunal to understand her, look at her and see how much pain and misery she is in. My heart went out to her! She just wished Kunal understood everything without her having to spell it out for him. But sigh... Kunal is still under the illusion that she loves Abhay specially since Abhay went on that ridiculous tirade on proposing Siddhi 𼹠. Siddhi almost looked exasperated that after so much Kunal still wanted to know whether she loves Abhay... . Uff Kunal, do you want her to declare that she does NOT love Abhay from the Eiffel Tower? Hadh hain!. The girl is telling you how hard the last 9 years have been on her, how love is always felt not said, how miserable she looks, and you still want to hear about her supposed love for Abhay? I don't get why Kunal is looking for Siddhis clarification when she has ALWAYS, CONSISTENTLY denied that there is nothing between her and Abhay! The hardest part for Siddhi has to be the fact that Kunal was so preoccupied with his own pain that he was never able to read her pain and feel her love but hopefully after her confession Kunal will stop obsessing with Abhay because Abhay means nothing to Siddhi and she only still longs for Kunal. Kunal's reaction was a bit cold turkey, he is happy that Siddhi does not love Abhay but now what? I loved how Siddhi asked Kunal for proof for his feelings. Looking at the precap, I'm not sure if he tells her that he loves her or not but I'm glad that Siddhi pretty much told him that the ball was in his court now and what is he going to do about it?... Have no expectations for next week, Abhay-Richa might intrude last minute, Siddhi might back off seeing Kunal's no response, Kunal might back off thinking about Anand, Siddhi may pass out...there are so many possibilities, but for now I'm so glad Siddhi finally confessed, she said possibly everything she could, to let Kunal know that she still loves him beyond anything else, now it is Kunal's turn to decide what he will be doing about this. If not anything else I'm hoping Kunal remembers Siddhi's words about wanting to tell him the "truth" and he realizes that something was not right back then.
Anyways, regardless of whatever is coming our way, today's episode was superb with some great direction, writing and dialogues đđź
