Update-June 25th... EDITED VERSION

Sarla shouts "Mahi! this is too much tell them to go home before I
insult them."... Mahi says who are you to tell me to send my
friends home? they are my friends and I can bring anyone here if
I want to" sarla says "this is my house."... Mahi says "I have
won this case and this house. I can throw u out if I want. And If
I do throw u out where u will go hide or stay?"... Sarla falls,
kkusum runs to her screaming "mummyji!"... kk catches Sarla before
she hits the ground and Mahi laughs. Mahi says mummyji has gotten
old, so she fainted, don't mind her (she turns around to face her
guests) lets enjoy the party. Music please!" Mahi dances as kali walks and laughs. Mahi calls her in.
Sarla and kkusum are in Sarla's bedroom.
kk tells sarla "don't worry about her because she will
never learn"... Sarla says "we did so much for her and she repays
us like this?"... Kkusum says "don't think about her, she thinks
she has won, but the battle isn't over yet. Mom, u always said
the truth always wins, then why are you loosing heart? let her
enjoy her brief moment of happiness, mom nothing will happen to
abhay. Don't worry he will come back and we will win."...
Sarla says "pray to god he comes back"... kk says "his trial
is going to take place soon. The Court will give the verdict
favoring our side. We will win mummyji, this is my faith"...
kk tells sarla to take some rest. Kkusum gets out of the car as press people ask her if she is the
reason this bigamy case has been filed on abhay. Kkusum does
not say anything, and takes sarla with her into the court room.
Mahi gets down as women shout that they will not tolerate
injustice to women by men, they ask Mahi how she feels.
Mahi says "I am fighting for justice"... the women protesters
shout that they are with her. Mahi says "we will not tolerate all
men's habit of having everything their way. I will fight for
my right. Mahi goes in. She sees kk and sarla walking in,
kali also notices them, she looks at mahi and they both laugh and
walk in. Garv looks at abhay Who has been brought in from jail...
Abhay's lawyer tells the court "Mr. Abhay Kapoor is not a bigamist
because he did not know that his wife kkusum was alive."
The lawyer continues... "Whereas Mrs. Mahi Kapoor knew about
kkusum kapoor, and that she was alive and well, but still she
did not tell Mr. Abhay Kapoor that she was alive. Garv says
" Mahi did not mind because kk was no longer a part of abhay's life
but now after 20 years, she has come back into their lives."...
Judge asks garv that what proof he has that abhay married kkusum
before marrying Mahi. Garv says "I have proof, my first witness
is arymaan oberoi"... arymaan goes to the witness box. Garv asks
"Mr. Oberoi, u know kkusum since the past twenty years or so,
did she marry Mr. Kapoor before he married Mrs. Mahi Kapoor?"...
Arymaan says yes, and tries to explain but garv stops him. Garv
asks arymaan "has Mr. Kapoor given divorce to his previous wife
before marrying Mahi?... Arymaan says " no, but abhay has not
cheated Mahi!"... Garv does not listen to him and tells him to go.
Garv calls Mrs. Sarla kapoor as second his witness. Sarla looks
at kk, kkusum tells to go and tell the court the truth. Sarla
goes to the witness box Mahi grins at kali. Sarla looks at abhay.
Garv asks her "is it true your son Abhay has cheated Mahi?"...
Sarla says "abhay has not cheated her."... Garv says "alright,
tell me whether Mr. Abhay kapoor and kkusum Kapoor have any
relation, and that they are married, isn't this true? Can u
tell me what relation kkusum has got with Abhay Kapoor?"....
Sarla is quiet, as kali grins at Mahi. Sarla says "kkusum
is abhay's wife."... Garv thanks her and tells her that she
can go. Garv says "I don't need any more proof your honor,
even though he was already married to Mrs. Kkusum Kapoor,
Mr. Abhay Kapoor married Mahi later as 2nd wife."...
Lawyer says "This does not prove anything, what Mahi is to trouble
my client Mr. Abhay kapoor. Please give my client abhay a bail"...
Garv says "in this case u can't get bail."... As judge says
"court is adjourned for today. Will open tomorrow."...
Mahi laughs as Kk looks at abhay sadly. Mahi looks at abhay
and grins at him, abhay is angry. Garv sees kkusum.
As he looks down . Kk says "at least u have the decency to look
at me, or have you lost that as well? Do you hate me that much that
you sent abhay to jail?"...Garv says "are u angry that I took Mahi
aunty's and not yours."... kk says "is that so? I thought that you
were a responsible person."...Kk says "u have become so small as
a person, and become like Mahi. We don't need people like you to
prove our truth. If u think u being with Mahi can destroy us,
then you are wrong. My family is not so weak . Mahi could not
destroy my family even though she was staying with abhay for
20 years, what can u & Mahi do?"... Mahi comes up to Garv
and says "why are you talking with this lady? come with me
I have some important work to discuss with you. Garv says
"no aunty, I hurt her. She is taking her frustration out on me."...
Mahi says "what else she can do? anyways lets go, we are getting
late."... Garv says lets go. Mahi throws money at Abhay's lawyer and tells him that he will
listen to her. The lawyer objects but then takes money and smiles.
Mahi says "good" and smiles back and leaves. Tomorrow: sarla tells pandit to have a pooja as abhay is in jail.
They show pooja going on, some one opens door, everyone turns
