Is Chef Gulzar a mental case?

Ok.. I wanted a Bohri Biryani recipe..so i searched Khanapakana. com website...and there i found Chef Gulzar's recipe.. I thought to check it out.. Although I knew Chef Gulzar was really irritating and I knew tht he likes to dance...but phir main ne socha ke zuroorat ke waqt gadhay ko bhi baap banaana parta hai...😆.. But when i clicked tht recipe...look ..what is Chef Gulzar doing in the start of prog..He is dancing at Main Aisa kiun hoon🥱. He is totally looking retarded... I mean, I am serious.. He is surely looking a mental case in this vid..

I used to think Chef Rahat is most irriatting..so when I can tolerate her, (coz her recipes are good) so I will be able to tolerate him also..but now... I think.. Gulzar beats her by a BIG margin.. Chef Rahat comes nowhere close to him..
