Yes it is Swati Gautam who shoots abhay because mahi brainwashes her mind and In today's mumbai mirror newspaper it is said that Amar Updhay who plays Abhinav plays an important role in kkusum. When kkusum will be in court I think he will bring swati gautam and make her confess because he wants abhay and kkusum back together. He will save kkusum.
