A NISHAL OS/FF/SS!!!! Edited!

Hey guys I wanted to Ask u are we allowed to make a nishal OS FF or SS because I have a lot of ideas and a great story in my head so plz can u give me permission to write it I would rite a virman one but I wanted to use nishal!But guys If I got permission then u better be ready because my story will be too hot to handel!!! [:D]
