Suhaag Raat Blues? My take on the Episode :)

Hey guys! I may be in the minority here but I really enjoyed today's episode! Now I have not by any means recoved from the horrendous wedding episode but I can honestly say today's episode was decent and pretty entertaining for the most part...VirMan's expressions where hilarious while searching for the nonexistent ring lolll. One of my favorite scenes was of Virika giving Virman tips for their wedding night lol !!! Love the VV brothers bromance!! Kushal and Karan were so funny in that scene! It was funny how the Virika were more nervous about VirMan's suhaag raat than VirMan 😆.

Ok now I know many of us were expecting a proper suhaag raat today but in all reality how many couples on Indian serials actually have a suhaag raat when they are suppose to??? Not Many!! Something ALWAYS gets in the way that prevents it from happening...like the couple has a contract marriage or one of them falls asleep or the guy has to go to the office (Viren lol) I think the reason the CVs disrupt the SR is because they know the most awaited scene in all indian serials is the consumation scene between the main couple & the the CVs know the audience will be hooked to the TV until it happens...TRP tactic...Maybe? The CVs also know its exciting for the audience when they don't exactly know how or when its going to happen. And finally they need to set up a romantic scenario that is both whimsical & a visual treat for the audience ( couple gets stranded, girl happens to be wearing a sheer sexy sari and it out of no where starts raining and they run to a hut that has candles all around the room..you know the rest lol). Now as far as our VirMan goes, theres really nothing that can prevent their SR from happening (they are very much in love, no evil family member trying to stop them, no calls from the office ) so I think thats why the CVs decided to have VirMan play pranks just to kill time loll (most likely they will get tired and fall asleep in each others arms) ..I know its lame but it is an age-old formula that all serials follow! So cheer up guys I'm positive we will get to see a very romantic suhaag raat with VirMan very soon & it will definitely be worth the wait!! 😉

All the scenes were cute and funny, so it was an enjoyable episode..VV, JM, VM all were cute.. Thought Virat was too adorable in his antics..wasn't even expecting 'conssummation' scene or any hot romantic stuff..And I have no issues with masti or nok-jhok.

My MAIN problem is, that when there is a certain couple whose union was kind of 'endangered', who struggled a lot, faced a lot of problems to be with each other,then you obviously expect a certain sort of 'longing' in that pair.. I dont see that longing.. So it makes me feel as if cancer never existed, and apart from NiShal, its cancer that made VirMan most special to me.. I dont want them to turn to totally serious and intense couple..I want the masti too, but why is it 'only' masti ?? Personally,I want longing, passion, maturity as well as nok-jhok all in a nice blend... Like it used to be between April and July.. :D
