New OS: My Papa My Superhero!!

"Congratulations Mr.Singhania a baby girl is born to Mrs.Singhania!!" The nurse announced . Everything stood still for Mr.Singhania. He had happy tears in his eyes.

"A baby girl'. My Baby Girl' My child!" Mr.Singhania whispered to himself as if assuring himself.

"And and My wife'?" Mr.Singhania asked fearful of the complications.

The nurse smiled seeing worried Mr.Singhania, "Calm Down Mr.Singhania ! She is fine too! You can meet her and the baby now!"

The nurse went away as Mr.Singhania entered the room with small steps.

He saw Mrs.Singhania holding the tender small cotton ball in her hands. Mr.Singhania went near sitting beside her.

"She is just like you ji!" She whispered as she rested her head near his chest. The happy tears rolled down his eyes as he tried to hide his hiccups. He remembered'.

"Dekhna Shobha meri toh Beti hi hogi who will always make me proud'. Raise my head with pride!!" Rajendra said.

"Haan haan dekh lenge!! Mera beta hoga beti nahi'!! " Shobha countered.

"She will be just like me same long nose same lips ! Yes she will be my xerox copy!" Rajendra said smiling.

"Huh! Dekh Lenge!" Shobha stomped her feet.

"Dekha Shobha kaha tha na maine Beti hi hui!" Mr.Singhania smiled as his wife blushed .

"Aap bhi na bas karo ji!" She said.

TWO YEARS LATER:

"Yaay! There goes Aarti'.!" He shouted as he raised her in the air.

He kept her in his arms. "Now now where is my Aarti's bull'.?" Mr. Singhania said making his fingers crawls along her arms.

"Here ?" He tickled her near her stomach. Her eyes became large as her lips went wide O shaped wondering what is her Papa doing.

"Here?" He tickled her waist. She giggled a little.

"And Here?" He tickled her under her armpits. She giggled loudly as her giggles filled the air.

Just then Mrs. Singhania came out from the kitchen wiping her hands, " Bacha come to Mummy! " She raised her hands towards Aarti.

Aarti showed her tongue as she turned into her Papa's embrace.

"Nooo!! Papaaa!!!" She screamed as Mr. Singhania laughed loudly hearing her giggles and seeing her antics.

"Haan haan dono Baap beti ek hi team mai chaley jao'.!" Shobha huffed.

"Hum dono toh aap hi ke team mai hai!" Mr .Singhania took her into his embrace holding baby Aarti.

"Aarti! AARTI! Don't go that way beta!!" Mr.Singhania guided her as they walked to the school.

"Yaaayyy !! Papa catch me'." She said running across the road.

A car was speeding towards her. Mr.Singhania immediately pulled her by her arm as both fell on the footpath.

"PAPA!"

"AARTI!" Both screamed simultaneously.

Aarti started crying. She had bruises in her elbows.

"Beta! Stop crying! You are Papa's brave girl hai na?"

"And You are My Papa , My Superhero!!" Aarti had this weird habit of saying this phrase whenever Mr.Singhania said You are Papa's brave girl.

Mrs.Singhania was out to market. Aarti returned home with her heavy school bag. Now she was 12. She was upset. She kept her bag and ran towards Mr.Singhania He was at home to complete some work. She hugged him and started crying.

"Bacha! Aarti!! Tell me what happened Baby?" He patted her back as she calmed down her sobs.

"Papa! I' I stole Soumya's pencil box!" She said silently.

"And Why did you do so?"

"Because ' She stole my tiffin and even said You are not as rich as her father'!!" She started crying again.

Mr.Singhania laughed. "Bas Itni si baat!! Wipe your tears now Aarti!"

She wiped them like an obedient child.

"Child! Now listen to me! We shouldn't do it like this even if others do that with us! We should always be in the right path"

Aarti nodded.

"And now tomorrow you are going to ask her sorry and return her the pencil box!! Okay?"

Aarti went silent.

"You are Papa's brave girl na?"

She nodded.

"I will Papa!" She said and went away.

Suddenly she came rushing in and kissed his cheek "And You are my Papa, My Superhero!!".

Mr.Singhania smiled.

Next Day:

She saw Soumya coming in with a Kurkure packet.

"I am sorry Soumya! Here take this back!" She handed over the pencil box.

"I am sorry too Aarti! This is for you!!" Handing over the chips packet..

Aarti saw her father standing near the door smiling.

"Uffo!! Papa! Stop moving around'. It is giving me more tension! Already this idiot result site is not opening!" Both were tensed for the result of her board exams.

"YAAAYYY!!!" Aarti screamed hugging her father.

"I got above 90% Papa!!!" She screamed. Mr. Singhania smiled as tears rolled down his eyes. Mrs Singhania stood there staring adoring their bonding. Mr.Singhania's one wish was fulfilled.

"Papa' My First Salary!! As a doctor!!" She touched his feet.

She hugged.

"You are always Papa's brave girl!!"

"And you Are my superhero!!" Both smiled as well as cried.

Just then Aarti's mobile rang. She excused herself as she went out.

"Go from here!! If Papa sees you he will be hurt!! I first need to talk to Papa!"

"But let me talk na what is the problem?"

"NOO I!!"

Just then she turned to see her Papa standing there.

"Papa I'!!"

He showed her his hand indicating to stop. Yhe hurt was clearly visible in his eyes. She hung her head low.

"Papa This is Yash! He is my friend! We both work in the same hospital! I' I ' ll'love him!!" She ran inside.

"Hmmm Young boy come inside!!"

Mr.Singhania stood in the balcony. Aarti came and hugged him from behind.

"I am Sorry Papa! I wanted to tell you first but'.."

"Hmmm!"

"I will only marry him if you say yes!"

"Hmmm!"

"He' He is a nice guy Papa!"

"Hmmm!!" Suddenly Mr.Singhania laughed seeing his grown up daughter crying.

"I know Beta!! Papa's brave girl always does the right choice!!" He spoke cheering her up.

She pouted but then smiled and hugged him.

"My Papa My Superhero!!" She cried silently.

Mr.Singhania enquired about his family and even talked to them. They were very sweet. Just perfect for his daughter.

"Now ! Will you keep her happy? How I kept her happy till now?"

"yes Sir!" Yash spoke with oozing confidence.

"Do you promise to Keep her protected always as I did?"

"Yes Sir !!"

"Toh aao gale mil lo!! Yeh sir war nahi chalega!! Call me Papa!!" He hugged him.

Now he turned serious as he closed the door.

"I have a secret which Aarti is unknown about!" Mr.Singhania spoke seriously as Yash was shocked.

"Oh My God!! Yash put me down please!! My head is paining now!!" Aarti giggled.

"Not untill you say'."

"I wont tell you Try what you may!!" She showed him her tongue .

"Fine!!" He again raised her in air moving round.

"My Papa is always my Superhero!! You can not be Yash!!" She screamed.

Yash pouted, "Huh! Papa's girl!" He put her down. She giggled and ran away.

"You are my Bodyguard, Mr.Yash Singh Scindhiya!!" She whispered huskily in his ear and ran away.

"Aarti!" Yash spoke with tears in his eyes .

"What happened Yash?" She cupped his face.

"Papa is in hospital! Last stage of cancer!" Yash spoke breaking down. Aarti stood their numb. All her moments with her Papa flashed back in her mind. She stood still. As if Time stopped for her.

Yash remembered''..

"I have a secret which Aarti is unknown about!" Mr.Singhania spoke seriously as Yash was shocked

"Papa!!!!!"

"I have cancer beta!! It has reached last stage!! Incurable!!"

"But Aarti'.!"

"I know ! She wont be able to gather up herself if I tell her this. That's why I have hidden this from her!! You promise me you wont tell her! Promise Me Yash!"

"I Promise Papa!"

"Aarti!! AARTI! Kuch toh bolo!!" Yash shook her . He dragged her towards the car along with him.

She ran as fast as she could searching for her superhero her Papa. She saw him. So Weak. So Fragile. He signalled her to come near him. She went and stood by his side with Yash. He placed his hand in hers along with Yash.

"Be always happy!! You are Papa's brave girl Aarti!!"

Aarti and Yash nodded.

Tears flowed down his eyes. His hand became limp. Aarti panicked.

"Papa!! Papa!! Wake up na Please!! See your Brave girl is here!! Papa You are my Superhero !!"

"I was never your Superhero Beta!! You made me a Superhero!" He gasped.

"NOO PAPA! You are my Superhero! You have to fight'. You have to fight'!" She became unconscious. Yash caught her.

"Congratulations Mr.Scindhiya! Mrs.Scindhiya is pregnant!" The Doctor spoke with a smile as Yash had tears in his eyes watching the miracle.

"Aarti!" He spoke tearily.

"My Papa My Superhero is back Yash!!" Aarti spoke with tears flowing continuosly from her eyes.

Yash Kissed Aarti's forehead. "Yes He is a real SuperHero!!"
