Do heroines in Film regret that the men go to certain movies to see their sexy, glam avatar.
NO na

Instead they feel complimented, similarly men on TV shud not mind if major audiences are women.BUT IPK trust me has a good male audience too

Compared to earlier times more men watches TV now.
Middle aged men do sit with their wives to watch TV.
They are not addicted like woman. But they do watch.
And why should it matter who watch you.
You are like being watched. That only matters.
Earlier Hindi shows were female orientated. But now we we have many shows which give equal importance to male and female(Ex:IPKKND,Punar Vivah,BALH,Madhubala).

Barun is extremely popular in TV.If he keeps a good relation with 4 LIONS then for sure 4 LIONS will offer him a new show once IPKKND ends.
But same can not be said about films.

Excellent post as usual👏

I think for TV actors the glamour of film industry always beckons That is why so many of them try their luck there. But get burned very badly 🤢

End result again back to TV. The option they had looked down upon again gives them bread & butter!! Sad isn't it ?? 😲

In this scenario if Sobti cannot make up his mind the whole cycle will be played for him also🤢😕

Agree with you movie industry is so crowded without proper connection & all it is very difficult to make any sort of standing there.😲

While I am writing this I am remembering Sobti's interview which he gave during his movie shooting days - I am here in this industry so that people can see me lots & u will see me lots !!! 😕

I know that interview was a disaster but I believe he is getting desperate to enter the movie world leaving behind the 2nd cousin TV🤢

Sad he is not understanding what he has got is to be cherished 😲

Hope we get some sort of clarity on that front.

Totally agree. TV reaches out to the wider audiences and also now you see cine stars coming over to TV either to promote their movie, as a judge, or as a host of an show; and i really feel TV is much bigger than Cinema. TV stars really connect with the audiences and they become part of the family.
