Finally day meet, now lets see wt he hav to say...

So, finally maan is back to his babies!
He saw his little angels for the first time...it was a shock for him...a pleasent shock!
They both r going through a strom of emotions!
Geet let her pain n hurt flow in his presence...now he is here to hold her...sooth her pain n hurt...to wipe her tears!

But wat happen to maan in these 4 years??
I dont think he was away from her willingly...
Wo uski majburi thi!

Part 3

Maan keep holding her as she cried and cried in the protection of his arms, taking out all the tears she had controlled inside just for the sake of her children from years……

She wanted to say a lot………..wanted to tell him how terribly, she missed him…how she was craving for him……….his touch….his hug…..his smile……..his words….his kisses...his support

But right now, all she wanted to know is the reason for which she had too face all that….for which she had to stay alone………….for which she missed the time to be with him

Feeling her cries turn into sobs, he brake the hug to wipe her tears but she just moved back wiping them on her own and bracing herself, she looked straight into his eyes

"Geet" his heart beat faster feeling her getting away from himself

He too missed her a lot………more than he ever imagined………..he missed her laying beside him……hugging her…………eating her delicious home-cooked food……..feeling her annoyance and later……..him trying to make up with her……shopping with her…..sharing meals with her…there tiny teasing sessions and more than that, her sweet voice

Ah!...it was hell without her

He looked down, upset with himself…………only his one decision changed his life….and more than his, it changed her life

"Can we sit and talk?" he asked as an impatient Geet, not wanting to stretch this confession part, quickly take place on one of the single sofa's, avoiding the 3 seater.

He came to her and sit down infront of her, getting a hold on one of her hands...looking up on her angelic face……….she jerked his hands away and he get upset but he knew……….he deserved it...

"Geet, I was wrong…….." he started looking down as his eyes weren't able to look in her blazing one's fixed on him...

"I was wrong when I decided to leave you………….you stopped me a million times to think about it twice………..but I being ignorant, egoistic male…neglected your plea's and was firm…..but now, I regret that……I regret that from each fiber of my being…I was so stupid leaving you…"

Maan run a hand through his hairs to push away the aggression and look back at her to find her averting her eyes now...she didn't wanna fall into the charms and depth of his capturing eyes...not today atleast...Maan sighed and continue

"When I went to Mumbai……..I was extremely happy to get the position for which I worked so hard all those years………….but later………..i got to know that there were some people who were actually destroying the company" Geet was listening to him intently but didn't look at him a bit after that

"I informed my seniors and they asked to get back to them with some proves……….you remember that I used to say that I am busy……" as Geet nod is yes slightly….Maan continued, assured that she was hearing his side of story...

"I was working on that………and soon I got some proves too...I put them in a safe bank locker as i had this feeling that someone was after me...Few days later, I got some more evidence that said that the step-brother of the CEO was involved in smuggling drugs behind the cover of our company's consignments of perfumes...I put those papers in my locker too as I had to get back to my seniors with them the next day...but right then" he got up as he was afraid to see her reaction to this coming part of his story

"The CEO's step-brother abducted me from the front of the bank with the help of some professionals" Geet's heart skip a beat as she heard the word ABDUCTED and she get up from the sofa

"What?" She was shocked

Maan turned to her to see her horror' filled face and said "Yes,I was being abducted...they kept me in some hidden goddown and keep beating me as they needed those papers to save themselves but I had already sent a soft copy of those proves to my CEO...He was furious and was looking for his brother and me" Her heart was crying……..and he understands her….."He kept me as a hostage for how many months...I don't know...but as soon as i found a way to get out...I escaped but seems like luck wasn't on my side...I came face to face with an accident and landed up in hospital...All i got to know a month back was that i was being in Coma from 2 and a half years...Doctors has lost hope over me but there was this certain intern who believed in me...I was his first patient and he didn't want to fail with his first patient...He was from a wealthy family and paid hospital expenses for me...He keep me with himself after getting discharged from the hospital and as soon, i was healthy...He helped me get back home...and Now, I am standing infront of you" A series of emotion run through geet face as she heard his story...It was just too much for her to take this moment...Feeling her head spinning, she fell down on the sofa, holding her head in her hands...Maan keep looking down at her for few minutes...She was running the scenes he said in her mind again and again in her mind...Did life really played this joke with her? With him?

He move forward and placed his hands on her shoulder to support her when she pushed them away, shaking her head.

"No, No…………..No" she keep saying it to herself, still hiding her face behind those hands

"Geet" he said as tears welled up in his eyes on seeing her rejection.

"No" she said it again and looked up at him with furious eyes

"Please, Forgive Me" He said moving forward when she stop him with her hand

"NO" she said it a bit loudly, adament of her decision

"Please Forgive me………." Maan said almost pleading trying to get closer to her

"No Maan………..not yet………not now…" she said glaring at him……..

"But…." As Maan want to say further Geet cut him in between

"I agree that you got trap…………you life was in someone's else hands………but I am not responsible for that"

Maan stop in the mid way and look at her stained face

"Who were you Maan???...a detective, a private investigator...You were working in police or special force that you took up the charge to solve that mystery" She said with bitterness in her tne...and Maan was dumb...

"You took all the responsibility to look after that case, not caring once how dangerous that could...not caring one that what would happen to me who was waiting for you back in home...I was here fidgeting, calling your mobile number every two minutes just to hear that the number is not reachable...running back again and again to your office branch, begging them to give me some information about you...or give me your address...just to hear that they don't know anything...I went to Mumbai to search for you, filled your missing report...just to hear them say that they will try and call me...But months went off...and I didn't hear anything from them" Geet explained her desperation she went through all that time...even though she was pregnant then...Maan was speechless

"I stopped you to go…….but I am not worth to give you any suggestion right…….you didn't listen to me then…….so why should I listen to you now" she said wiping her tears and said in a strong voice

"You are no one for me now…." She turned her face towards the window and look out, as she don't want him to make her feel weak anymore

Silence took place………..you can only hear her sobs and his gulping down the salvia

She know she needed him……….more now than ever but she can't forgive him so easily……the four years………the whole four years……he made her suffer…suffer for life..

Maan move forward towards her with heavy heart and stand beside her and said slowly

"Geet, please forgive me……….not for me……but for our children" Geet head snapped with the thought of there children……….yes….there children

Krish and Piya are always more curious to know about there father…..where he is? How he was as a man?...when he will come back? These were the questions they started asking now……and today, when they see him face to face………they recognized him instantly...And, now if he will leave, what will be she going to tell them

After a moment of thought, Geet turned to face him with a straight face

"Ok, I give you a chance Maan…………just for MY children" she emphasis on MY…

Maan felt a pinch as she said that………..but yes…..he can't do anything as he never did anything for her….there children……………..but yes, he never knew that he was going to be a father too..…..he know that he never gave her a chance…..he can't blame her or himself…...but now, he was determined to do anything for there children

"You have to prove yourself a good father……………you have to ensure Piya and Krish that you are there with them…….then only I can forgive you" Maan nodded strongly

"I will, I promise" Geet just give him a glimpse and left for Piya, Krish room as this is enough she can take

Maan slept outside on the couch…………Geet told Nandini all about his situation and she ensured her that she took a right decision……Geet woke up and after covering herself with the night gown……….she come out from her room…

She just give a glimpse to him…….he was sleeping in the same careless manner as he use to sleep…………..she keep standing there sometime, capturing and painting his face in her mind...She so missed seeing him first thing in the morning...but shooing her head went into Krish and Piya room to make them get up for there school

Maan wake up hearing the noises from the Kitchen……….he ruffled his hairs and get up to check out

"Krish, Finish your slice" Geet said as she apply butter on her toast...She was dressed in her night gown and her messy braided hairs were resting on her one shoulder

"Mama, I am full" Krish said making a face

"Krish...See, Piya is such a good girl……….she finished her slice….if you are not going to finish it now, I am not going to taking you out for this week ice-cream" Geet used to take them out once a week especially for there favorite Ice-Cream

"Mama" Krish said pleading but seeing her not warning glare, he sigh and looked at his half chewed slice with anger as if only his gaze could disappear that but later, he started eating it

Maan admired his family while standing in the door…………He adored how Geet handle Krish and Piya……They are adorable and he smiled seeing Krish pouting...Geet was making Piya's ponytail when her eyes fell on Maan looking at Krish, standing with a dreamy look on his face and a smile on his lips

"Ok, now go and get your school bags from massi…….go…go….go" Geet helped them get off from those huge stools and they rush towards there room in excitement

Maan get out from the daze and look at Geet as she collected all the dishes……and put them in basin.

She was still the same………actually a bit thinner than ever……but he know, its all because of the hard work and responsibilities, she have to look up

Geet changed into her suit and left with Krish and Piya…………before getting out, as usually, Piya and Krish hugged and kiss Nandini…….but they stopped at the door and look back at Maan……………and while smiling, they wave him bye too...Geet heart melted with this scene, but its not the time to feel weak...she hold Piya and Krish hands and lead them o the car

Nandini closed the door behind them and turn to look at Maan…………..Maan didn't know her so he just pass a small smile but after hesitantly smiling back at him, Nandini went into the kitchen

Maan get freshen up in Geet's room and join her in kitchen……….Nandini served him without him asking for it

"Thank You" Maan said filling a glass of water

"Maan, i know you don't know me……….but I do" Maan look at her seriously as Nandini started the conversation

"I and Geet are like sisters and she shared her every sorrow and happiness with me in these four years………." Maan listened to her carefully

"I see her going through ups and downs of life………alone……just for the sake of the kids…….she didn't discussed about you to me………..but she really missed you" Maan smiled hearing this

"I know"

Nandini come close to him and continue

"I see her crying for you in the nights…..she act to be really brave but she is broken from inside………she never let Krish and Piya stay away from you as every night, its like her duty to make them kiss your picture before they go to sleep" Maan eyes welled up listening this

"But in these four years………….I never saw her smiling for her ownself….from her heart……..its always either for the kids or for the world…………..But I know" Anjali look at him while putting her hand on his shoulder

"I know, its you who can only give her true happiness…………happiness that only belong to her……Please help her…………..help her get back to life and get out from this shell…………….i really wanted to see her smiling like they way Dev use to describe me"

Maan got really happy on seeing that Geet got such sweet companions who love her a lot……………….and supported her when he was not there

"I promise you………..i will bring back all the happiness and love that a family should have……" he said assuring her

"But I need your help………" Maan asked her

Nandini smiled at him

"Anything for Geet, Piya and Krish" Maan smiled and put forward his hand as if asking for a promise...Nandini after a bit hesitation, placed her hand in his as he smiled widely

"Now I will be back to my family………..to my baby" Maan said to himself with determination
