dhokla is a guju dish! it is s0o good! usually my mom makes it wen she is home! 😊

Yes all you people Dhokla is a Gujju dish.
It is made with 1 cup of Besan Flour (ground chickpea/chana) flour. In it you put salt, garlic, ginger, green chillies, 1 table spoon of oil, some haldi, mustard seeds and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. To all this add 1 1/4 cup of buttermilk, mix everything together, pour it in a greased dish and steam it.
