Hey all,

what is Dhokla? I know it is some kind of food. I am curious to know what is it made of and what PUnjabi food does it resemble.

Is it sweet or salty?

Anyone?

Do you eat Dhokla by itself or with something?
Does that mean if you go to a Gujrati restaurant you can order it?
