kinjal must file a case on urmila on cheating case, domestic voilence for
verbal and physical abuse,
then taking all money of modelling contract,
forgerying her signature on lottery ticket case,
then making her kinjal di for money
she must get urmila jailed and
she must even go to court against modis and get her right on her property and save the money which she got in bank.
she must break all ties with her parents and inlaws
she must start working and live on her own or start a business.
if she doesnt like her husband she can divorce him.
when they are so many options why 2 spoil life and happiness for stupid reasons

I agree with everything in the bold and only partially when it comes to the divorce. As an unhappily married woman, yes, she does have the right to forsake the marriage and live for her self. However, that is not a option she has. Otherwise, Koki would have let her and Kinjal would have done so a long time ago. And Kinjal, herself, knows this.

Coming back to Urmi, I completely agree with your point that she needs to be punished severely for everything she's done. I've been howling about it for a while, as have others. The problem is that no punishment will suffice. They can show the worst happening to Urmi and still it won't be enough. Her list is too long, I'm afraid.

I don't agree with Kinjal severing all ties with her family. Whether she realizes it or not, it will only be her family coming to her aide in times of trouble. And they might sound ruthless, but their intention is for her own benefit. As for the money, who gets the money and doesn't can only be decided by the persons owning that money. If they choose to keep their money from Kinjal, then they have that right.
