Performance wise...
The scene was written and performed in a beautiful way... Sneha did give the right expressions, feelings throughout the scene... as was expected from Sneha, nothing less nothing more... excellent work...
On the other hand, Shantanu did give me the most disappointing expression and the most interesting one!!
Generally speaking, his expressions were apt throughout the scene except 2...
- When Sharon said "I'm complicated"... I couldn't understand his expressions there, what he wanted to deliver... I guess he could give a different expression then...
- When Sharon said " u always pass and I always fails u" till Swayam says "aise mat bolo"... that part was amazing... the way he was moving his hands, specially hitting his 2 hands together, throughtout the silence just to say at the end "aise mat bolo" in his soft voice touched my heart the most... it showed that he wanted to say a lot of things but at that moment he was in a loss of words... he moved his hands as if he was searching for lines, words to say but end up only saying that very simple line in a very simple way... at first I didn't understand his body language, why he did that... but after he said the last line I realised why that body language in particular was used...
I loved this part the most because it was very touching as I mentioned above and because it shows Shantanu's effort in this scene... coz body language is not written in the script, so obviously it was Shan's idea to do so... and I don't remember watching such moves from other actors while performing such scenes, which indicates he didn't imitate, he brought those ideas from his own imagination... and this is what I like to see from an actor... giving fresh ideas to typical scenes...
Generally speaking, it was one beautiful scene to be added to Swaron's scenes... Sneha didn't miss a line or an expression hroughout the scene... but shantanu did miss one expression as well as did give one creative idea in his performance...
