KR SS: A crucial slip-up(Ch 7,8,Pg 56)

Kria stirred in her sleep …shifted stiffly on the large .. comfortable bed .. her bare shoulders sliding on the smooth soft satin fabric beneath her .. she would have loved to sleep more .. but she was awaken by a throbbing pain in her head .. she caught her head with her hand so that it would stop .. but no use .. she felt as if someone was hammering on her head .. she shut her already closed eyes tight so that she could get some more sleep .. but no use .. her head wouldn't stop banging … she gulped once only to find an awful taste in her mouth .. she wondered what had she been drinking ..

She tried to re-collect what was she doing last night .. she could only get some blurred memory .. yeah .. it was her sister Sharon's bachelorette party in Las Vegas .. she even remembered that she had tipped the bartender extra so that he makes non-alcoholic drinks for her .. because she knew under the influence of alcohol she was capable of doing anything and everything under the sun ..

She pressed her fingers on her temples so that it may give her some relief .. but nothing was working .. she tried to shift to her side .. only to find something obstructing her .. she groaned and opened her eyes .. the first thing she saw was her legs .. because the sheets were covering her mid-rib portion .. she saw that she was wearing some black stiletto heels .. she didn't recognise it because she was sure they were not her choice .. then she just stared open mouth at her off shoulder black dress which was way above her knees hiding the essentials .. it was so tight that it was difficult for her to breathe .. she was still trying to register what was she doing in such an odd attire when she felt something move over her curves .. her eyes widened with alarm .. she delicately lifted the sheets and was about to faint .. she saw a male hand sprawled just below her curves .. but a few fingers were enjoying the touch of her bare skin because of that ill fit dress of hers .. W*F !!! .. now she forgot her head ache and her sleep had vanished all together .. she blinked .. and blinked again to really register what she was seeing .. how in the world can she explain this ???

She came to the sitting position .. but because of that the hand slipped to her bare thighs .. she shivered .. was it the air conditioning which was too high in the room or just his touch ..

Her eyes slowly moved from the hand to the body .. he was sleeping on his stomach .. his head buried in the pillow … his bare back facing her .. there were nail marks on his back .. she somehow had a sinking feeling in her stomach that she knew that guy .. is he the same guy whom she dreads to see everyday in office from the past 2 years ..

No.. he can't be .. she lifted his hand with her index finger and thumb as if it was a piece of trash and hurled it so that he rolled over on his back…

Her stomach churned .. she felt she would just puke ..

But she just stared at the tousled hair on his eyes .. the familiar face .. the freshly grown stubble and the lipstick marks on his chest ..

She was so engrossed in ogling at him that she didn't even realise when he opened his stunned chocolate brown eyes and was surveying her too …

"You could be a bit more discreet when it comes to gawking at such a handsome guy" he chuckled and brought her back to earth .. he held his head in his hand too ..

"Aahh !! my head is spinning " he cried ..

"You " she screamed …

He smiled …

"W*F are you doing in my room ?" she was hysterical …

"Good Question " he looked as if he was thinking ..

But he couldn't ignore the fact that she looked even more pretty in her disheveled hair .. her eyes wide with questions .. her lips quivering to the fact that he was so close to her .. close .. he was sharing the bed .. he let his eyes roam a bit on her .. the dress was making her curves spill out of them .. her low cut was showing more flesh than he had ever seen in the last 2 years .. the length of the dress was perfect to display the long s*xy legs ..

Whose choice was to get her this dress .. he wondered ..

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE" she made herself again loud and clear …

"I think I should be asking you that " he calmly replied …

She was confused .."Huh" .. she looked so cute ..

"This is my hotel room .. "

Now she looked around .. her face was aghast … she turned a bit pale .. she stood from the bed and turned her back to him .. after a while ..

Her pitch was down "You do know what happened .. right ?"

He had a blurry memory of what must have happened ..

"Nothing much .. its just that Reyaansh Singhannia and Kria Ghai spent the night together .. what a sensational news .. " he laughed
