Faith Beliefs ??

I watched OMG today .it gives a very good message without being preachy .The movie leaves a long lasting impression .The movie somewhere questions your very belief that has been taught to us or inculcated in us from childhood .i also liked the way they explained if u try to isolate people fromtheir dharam make them believe its not true u become their new dharam .

Anyways coming back to the topic the movie references to the Exchange offer we make to the God i m sure which we might all have done some point in our life
it can be for ur health ,studies love life ,marriage,children even to ward of evils bad stars and the list goes on

i wanted to know does the members actually believe in this exchange policy
if god fulfills your wish u do something as u promised for .Does a simple prayer sans any offer work ??

if suppose the wish is actually fulfilled does it mean that it was fulfilled only because u made an exchange offer or it was destined to get fulfilled irrespective u made the offer or not
