There is one caveat this week..International Voters will NOT be able vote online..so we are going to use PROXY server to vote.. INDIA voters need not do this step. Voting via PROXY is very slow, but atleast we can vote. I need help with uploading IMAGE here..

PROXY setting for International voters

IF you are using Firefox

Open Firefox, Go to Tools->Options->Advanced->Network->Settings

Choose Manual Proxy Configuaration and enter 115.248.145.12 Port 8080

FOR IE (Internet Explorer)

Open IE browser , go to in Tools -> internet options -> Connections -> LAN Settings -> Proxy server

Check Proxy server for your LAN enter Address: 180.211.112.218 Port: 8080
