When contacted, Darshan's mother Leena Gurjar confirmed the news and said, "Yes, Darshan is at the moment shooting for Mahadev. It is a dream come true for me. You would not believe this, but I have always liked watching Mahadev and wished that when the time comes for Karthikeya to be shown, Darshan should bag the role. And when the offer came to us, we refused 3-4 shows to take up this role. Even though this is a cameo of 4-5 episodes, this is a show worth doing. He has been given a very nice look."

Okay, so this kid played the role of chotu, the nephew of Bijju, the lead character of Jamuna Paar. He was an imp there. Is he gonna be one here as well? 😈
