Hi Suzan, just wanted to thank you for your support and kind words ...... Had the opportunity of going through the messages on setindia as well as your site and was completely overwhelmed with the response. I don't know what the future holds, but want to thank you and all the others who have appreciated my work. On many a days, when life did not seem too kind, these messages have brought a smile on my face and given me the will to carry on, for which I'm eternally grateful. I'm attaching some pictures, hope you like them. Feel free to share the pictures and this message with the rest. Love Samir. |

Thanks a lot for your mail. It's really humbling to know the impact Purab's character has had on a lot of people. I myself, standby him and believe in him. Unfortunately, as far as the show goes, it seems that he didn't or doesn't fit in the large scheme of things. My exit had been decided by the channel a while back as they wanted to stay close to the original. My unavailability for the last ten days has seem to have only hasten the process. I'm grateful for the support I've got over the past several months and have done all I could, to give my viewers something to dream about. After all who doesn't want that someone special to come into their life and sweep& them off their feet (me included). As much I have loved creating Purab, it does get tiring fighting the system despite such overwhelming support. Needless to say that I'm extremely disappointed, but the show must go on I guess...... with or without Purab. Will miss you all. Love |
