Last week we celebrated the birthday of the diva Kareena and now its time to celebrate the birthday of another member of The Kapoor Family.28th September marks the birthday of Ranbir Kapoor who carved a niche for himself in the industry.And we are here to celebrate the 30th birthday of the true Rockstar.

Ranbir was born to yesteryear actors Rishi & Neetu Kapoor.He is the great grandson of veteran actor Prithviraj Kapoor, grandson of Raj Kapoor.Ranbir has an elder sister Riddhima.

Ranbir shares a great bond with his sister Riddhima.In an interview Riddhima said about her younger brother, "I share a special relationship with Ranbir, and the occasion of Rakhi is not the only day to express this. I remember the chocolates and the little things he would give me on Rakhi when we were kids, but more than the materialistic gifts, our bond has always remained way above this and much more special for both of us. Still if you ask me, I cherish the watch that Ranbir gifted me on Rakhi after I got married,"

Ranbir studied at Bombay Scottish School in Mumbai and went on to pursue method acting at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York.

Ranbir made his debut in Bollywood in the year 2007 with Saawariya.Before doing movies He worked as assistant director on the sets of Prem Granth, Aa Ab Laut Chalen and Black.
