i think he is the child ( i did not remember his name)
guys do u remember..one episode...years ago...
(after an entry of vansh he was admitted in rehab center and even iccha also admitted a child to a rehab center)
i think this new entry ((mrunal jain) is the same child that icha admitted in rehab center
