Guys, not sure if this was posted here already, but there's a video doing rounds on youtube that has so many scenes from Barfi that was copied frame to frame. I liked the movie and who am I to critique it, but I just thought I would share, because the frame by frame copies of the scenes made me go "Oh my God, it's a total rip off!" For the record, I only noticed the Notebook scenes while watching it.

And I thought only that scene where ranbir priyanka try to puncture the tyre with nail on road...to stop someone...
woh scene to direct uthaya tha...

Oh, ds is why KRk Got mad criticizing ds movie continuously in Twitter when it released. Even though Stars did a good job in movie, it don't deserve to go to Oscar.

I know right, I guess the most hilarious thing is that it got nominated for Oscars. The people at FFI didn't even do 1% of research as the guy who compiled this video did, nor have anyone of them seen Notebook.

But then, Barfi does have a soul, and you connect to the love story, and all that seem very original. So why copy these slapstick scenes and scenes from obvious hits like Notebook? You know that every romantic movie buff has seen that one. Could have been a bit more original.

How the hell did it get chance in oscar :-x kahaani,GOW,shangai were much original films and they should have got the entry instead of barfi!

And to think that the likes of Kahaani and Paan Singh Tomar lost out on the Oscar bid because of this movie.

It will be even more shocking if accidentally ds movie wins Oscar Award despite having "copied Scenes" .

I am embarrassed to think Barfi actually got sent to the Oscars now. I loved the movie but seeing the blatant levels of plagiarism, I'm a little disappointed :(
