Remember when Yash was angry he had repeatedly pushed violently Aarti and then the day after she was raced him several kilometers. .. for a pregnant woman is hard. I hope yash will feel sooo guilty when he knows for Aarti baby 😭

I don't think it has anything to do with what happened to Aarti physically. I think it was more of the mental stress Aarti took.

the doctor say that the stress is the big reason, bleave me the stress can cause more than 5000 sickness, so is not yash push but the stress that he give her

We should not forget that Arti had hard time in first pregnancy . Stress is onw cuse of issues but remebr all over third world women are not less stressed but population is high. I jsut want to bring this to attention. We all want everyting to be happy and good but there are several like us who don't experiences anything close to H of happiness
