Sanjay asks Renu to leave him and his family and never return. Renu asks Sanjay if he is kidding. Renu says she loves everyone and cannot live without anyone. Sanjay is about to slap Renu when MIL stops him. Sanjay says he is first their son, Amar's son and then her hubby. Sanjay says he is glad that he sent Tanu to a hostel or he would have been spoilt. Renu says she did all this to get FIL & MIL's love as they kept harping on Megha's name. She asks everyone to start everything afresh. Sanjay asks her to leave. Sanjay apologizes to FIL but he is in no mood to listen. Mohan tells FIL that you've forgiven me so many times please forgive your son as well. FIL & Sanjay hug.
Megha's condition worsens and Jiji rushes to call Mohan. Doctor put an oxygen mask on her. Doc asks everyone if Megha was under any mental stress. Doc says I asked you to keep her away from such tensions. She asks everyone to leave and let Megha rest. Mohan tells Megha that she is an expert in scaring people. He assures her that he will take care of NA. MIL wonders if there is hope for Megha. Jiji says Mohan loves her like crazy and this love will improve Megha's condition.
Indu chiding AB for making a deal with his own son. AB says my son is like me he knows how to make a good deal. Indu says you made him leave his work. AB says he can do anything for his son. He says that woman screwed up Mohan's life. I will do anything to throw her from Mohan's house. Indu says Megha is Mohan's strength and not weakness. She says he traded his principals for Megha. She says that Mohan will never give up Megha that I am sure off.
Megha has FB of Bunty's stories as told by Mohan. Mohan is sleeping with his head on Megha's bed. Megha tries to lift her hand to touch his head. There is slight movement in the fourth finger of her hand. Mohan wakes up and Megha's tells him that I've lost. Mohan tells her that this is the start of their victory. MM happy (De re na in BG) Mohan leaves to get the Doctor.
Mohan goes to a Dargah (Kun Faya Kun playing BG) Mohan bows his head in sajda. He sits down and has FB of accident. He is about to leave when a Pir/Qazi comes and preaches about coming to dargah. Pir/Qazi asks if love made him "majboor". Mohan says that it is not love if it makes one "majboor". Pir/Qazi says he understand love really well. He says the seventh step of love is about to be crossed.
First is Aakarshan/Khichav, second, Uns/Chahat, third Ishq, fourth izzat, Fifth Ibadat/Pooja, Sixth Junoon. Mohan asks him what the seventh step of love is. Qazi/Pir says "fanah" "maut". He says when love doesn't become a slave to anything that is when love becomes "amar". Mohan says death wil notl come between us. He says my love will me mine without crossing the 7th step. He says no one can snatch her from me. Pir/Qazi says hope that happens.
Precap: Megha asks Mohan if he loves her? Mohan says do you have doubt, test me? Megha says promise? Mohan says I promise. Megha says hope you do not break your promise. Mohan says never. Megha asks Mohan to turn off the machines, take off her oxygen mask and relieve her of all the pains😭
