Khushi: No Lavanya.. I didnt wanted anyone to know..
Anjali: Its ok Khushi.. What we liked is that you atleast fasted.. May be this would be the last time but atleast we all are together..
Khushi smiled. Everyone came inside the temple and thats when Khushi saw Arnav who was staring at her..Everyone came inside and before khushi could follow them, her hand was caught by him and he dragged her out..
Khushi: Arnav.. What are you doing? leave me.. I need to do the Pooja..
Arnav stopped when they were outside the temple .. He left her hand and saw her..
Arnav: You fasting?? And you didnt think of letting me know this?
Khsuhi: Why? What would you do if I had told you about it? Arnav.. As I said I am doing this only because this is the last time..
Arnav: Last time??? Well.. That means this isnt your first time then? Did you keep fasting for me every year Khushi??
Khushi was hell shocked.. She was so easily caught today?? She didnt expected him to suspect on this..
Arnav: Answer me dammit.. I am asking you something..
Khushi: YES.. (She screamed at the top of her voice..) Yes I fasted for you every year.. Happy? Now let me go inside..
She tried to move from there only to be pulled by Arnav once again towards him and this time hitting his chest hard..
Arnav: WHY?
Khushi had tears in her eyes when she heard him asking WHY she kept on fasting for him ?
Arnav: Answer me Dammit!! Why you kept on Fasting for me when this relationship mattered nothing to you?? Why you still fasted today when you knew we are getting divorced in few days?? Why Khushi??
Khushi: I dont need to anwer this to you Arnav..
Arnav: No You do.. (He said pulling her more close and she was afraid what the people walking besides them must be thinking seeing them like this..)
Khushi: Arnav leave me.. All are watching us..
Arnav: Let them watch Khushi.. I am least bothered..
Khushi could see how angry he was today.. But why? He should be happy seeing his wife whom he has started falling for, fasting for him.. She tried to make him leave her but he didnt..
Khushi: Arnav.. I am already feeling weak today and by doing all this you draining some more energy from me..
Arnav then realized what he was doing.. His wife was no less than a Glass Doll for him these days.. How could he let her feel weak because of him.
He left her. She knew this one sentence was enough for him to understand and she left from there to move inside the temple..
Arnav followed her..
Lavanya: Khushi.. Where were you.. Come and light the Diya's..
Khushi gave her Thali to lavanya and started lighting the Diya's stealing some glances of her husband who was standing a bit away from her.. Anjali, Maami were seeing Khsuhi from a distance,. They could see how she stole glances of Arnav and how he was trying to avoid her..
Anjali: Maami.. Do you think Chotte would break her fast?
Maami: Yes Anjali bitiya.. He would..I dont know why but I have seen some chemistry between them.. Since the time the Mehndi ceremony is done, I can see things changing between them.
Anjali: I wish Maami.. What you said is true..
Khushi finished lighting the Diyas and then she was called by Anjali to start the Aarti.. Arnav was also standing behind them. The Pooja started and Khushi was also made to do the Aarti taking the Pooja Thali in her hand.. Arnav kept on admiring her when she wasnt concentrating on him.. He had so many questions in his mind for her.. Why she fasted for him last years? Was it only to fulfil her wifey duties? He was so eager to know all this from her.. But then he didnt wanted her to stress herself for answering him.. She was already fasting and he appreciated that.. Anjali then asked Khsuhi to pass the Thali to Arnav.
She didnt look at him. She just handed him the Thali and while doing so their hands caressed..
Khushi felt some dizziness while the Pooja was still On.. She wasnt able to breathe properly.. She needed some fresh air so she moved outside the Temple. Arnav knew something was wrong with her.. He followed her but making sure she doesnt come to know this.. As soon as she reached outside, her head started spinning badly and her eyes were now closing.. She held her hand on her head trying to stabilize herself but she couldnt.. Her eyes were closing now and she was surely fainting.. She lost all her balance and she was about to fall down the stairs when Arnav came running to her and held her hand preventing her from falling down..
She was unconscious now..
He picked her in his arms and then started walking up the stairs to place her somewhere on a bench and get her back to consciousness..
Somewhere in his mind he was cursing himself for expecting her to fast for him.. She fainted only because she didnt eat anything nor drink.. She wasnt so strong enough to do such fasts.. Arnav made her sit on the bench behind the temple and then took a glass of water in his hand.. He started patting Khushi's cheeks by sprinkling water on her eyes and she came back to her consciouness.. He then gave her the glass of water to drink. He very well knew it was Teej and she was fasting.. But now the Pooja was done and he ahd all right to break his wife's fast. He was doing the same .. The Temple Bells were ringing and Arnav held the glass of water for her and made her drink it..
She drank the water and then pressed her head using her hand trying to ease her pain.. Her eyes were still closed.. When she started opening her eyes Arnav took the Glass of water and placed it aside..
Arnav: Khushi.. Are you OK now?
Khushi noded a Yes and then looked at him.. She remembered how she was fainting at the stairs and he came for her help and then she remembered him breaking her fast.. She was about to speak something in anger when he placed his finger on her lips..
Arnav: Sshh!! I have all the rights to break your fast.. Which I did.. Will you be able to walk down or should I carry you in?
Khushi was hell surprised with his reply that too without even her questioning him.. He knew her so well these days.. She started getting up from the stairs and she wasnt able to.. She was still feeling dizzy.. So Arnav without any further delay picked her again in his arms and walked straight down towards his Car to drive his wife straight home and make her have some food.. All this was observed by the entire family who were watching them since the time Arnav was breaking her fast.. Every face had a smile today seeing this couple behave normally.. They so wished everything would continue like this forever.. They wished this divorce never happens and they remain Couple life long..

The Guest House door was opened by the maid and Arnav came inside with Khushi still in his arms.. He placed her on the couch and then asked the Maid to get the food for her.. The maid rushed inside to get the food plates.. Arnav loosened his tie and then sat beside her.. He placed some pillows behind her to make her rest her back properly.. She was observing all of this.. She had a small smile on her face .. She herself didnt knew why she liked these small gestures shown by her "To Be Divorced" Husband.. The plates were bought and placed before them.. Arnav took a plate in his hands and took a morsel and bought it towards her lips..
Khushi: How long Arnav?? How long would you continue doing this? We just have 18 more days.. And then!!
Arnav: And after that also I would continue doing this.. You wish for it or dont.. I never care.. Now open your mouth and eat Khushi..
Khsuhi felt little more relaxed when he said that.. He would continue taking care of her like this even after they get divorced.. Why?
She didnt question him . She opened her mouth and he fed her the morsel..
Arnav: Want water?
Khushi: No..
Arnav continued feeding her and she continued having it from his hands.. She was done eating and was feeling much better than before..
Khushi: You have yours now .. I am done..
Arnav: Let me drop you in the bedroom first..
He was about to pick her when she stopped him..
Khushi: I am fine now Arnav.. Please have your food.. I will go myself..
Arnav agreed. She got up and left for her room walking slowly.. Arnav took his plate, switched the TV ON and started having his Dinner.. Thats when Aman called him..
Aman: Hey ASR.. Is Khushi Ok?
Arnav: How did you know she isnt well?
Aman: Well I saw you picking her in your arms and taking her back from the temple..
Arnav: You were there?
Aman: Yeah.. Wanted to break my Girlfriends Fast too.. So..!! But is she OK?
Arnav: Yeah.. She is fine now.. In her room.. Resting..
Aman: Great.. So.. You didnt give me the bill haan? (He asked teasingly)
Arnav: AMan.. Stop it Ok?
Aman: Okay.. And you dont have to give me the bill.. Because NK told me you bought one set for Khushi..
Arnav : WHat The..!! He told you?? I asked him not to tell anyone..
Aman started laughing loudly.. And Arnav was all confused..
Arnav: Aman.. Stop laughing ok?
Aman: God ASR.. Its so easy to fool you these days?? NK didnt tell me anything.. I just fooled you.. And see I got the reply I was looking for..
Arnav was angry on himself.. How could he just lose before AMan ?? Well all thanks to his wife.. He was losing all his sharpness these days only because of her.. All his concentration and attention was only on his wife these days.. Nothing else..
Aman: Well now thats ok.. You dont need to be embarassed.. What time you coming to RM tomorrow?
Arnav: Soon.. I mean evening.. The Rasam will be at the evening only.. So
Aman: Ok.. See you there.. And I would love to see you gifting it to Khushi.. I am sure she will accept..
Arnav: I dont know Aman.. But I hope she does..
Aman: What if she doesnt..
Arnav: Well.. I would make her wear it then myself..
Aman had a wild smile on his face.. Somwhere he knew Arnav would go to any heights to let this happen.. And he was happy for him..
