Abhay-Mahi Marriage

since when have Abhay and Mahi suddenly been married or even had a relationship for 20 years? Mahi didn't even live with Abhay let alone marry him until after Kkusum's return to mumbai after 18 years away with a grown up daughter... so legally Kkusum is still his legal wife since she wasn't dead after all and they never divorced... think the whole mahi-abhay fiasco should come to an end.....its getting ridiculous by the minute!!!! I cringe every time I watch this show.😕

ok first of all they never said on the wedding anniversery that it was there 20th anni. . that was only in the retarded messed up articles. mahi said she gave 20 yrs to abhay and this house. not she was married for that long./ and if they did slip, then it was only once.

and as for kkusum and abhay, they are NOT legally married. if ur spouse is assumed to be dead for i think 8 years then the marriage is void, this is the law in india. and kkusum was assumed dead for 18 yrs. i hope this clears somethings up

right... so that's why abhay has now been arrested for bigamy!!!. so all he has to do is to prove he didn;t know kkusum was alive when he married mahi

Abhay should have Kussum's death certificate that they showed when he went to Punjab 20 years ago and said she was dead as prove. Also it should be Mahi who should be in jail since she knew that Kkusum was alive and still married Abay. Not the other way around.

Abhay is in jail for bigamy b/c the inspector arrested Abhay after he filled Kkusum's maang with sindoor. So essentially I believe Mahi's argument should be that her husband another woman while still being married to her. It just would make more sense. But this is Ekta's show and therefore doesn't have to follow any type of logic or common sense.😉

Mahi has just divorced Abhay so why is she still living in the kapoor house... was that part of the alimony agreement? ... and abhay never actually got to put the sindoor in kkusum's mang before the police ... officially you have to have a marriage certificate to be legally married and what does it matter if he has just divorced mahi anyway.....
