Thanks, Jammy, for the update (don't worry about typos-we understand).

Armaan needs some courage to confront Mallika. He can not go on pretending with both. He has always loved Jassi, but has not had courage to admit it to himself bcoz of her looks. At the same time, he has never shown to be fond of or protective of Mallika, like he has been for Jassi. Anyway, lack of his courage makes (or prolongs) the story.

Anyway, it was nice touch - with the incident of Maria-Veeru, they are potraying Mallika's pain. Poor Mallika! But then, she should have realized that he does not love her.

I still miss Purab!!!

I agree with you Paheli.But here the problem is,the character of Armaan has no idea of what love is,so he is unable to realise it even when it's staring him in the face.He is just putting whatever he is feeling for Jassi down to everything else but love.So right now he is far from thinking anything romantic about jassi.So far marriage for him had nothing to do with love but everything with convinience.Hence he actually has nothing to say to mallika at present,at least not as long as he does not come to terms with his own feelings for Jassi.

Minnie, I agree with you, that Armaan has not realized his love. That is the journey that we have to watch unfold now and it is happening-regrets about lieing to her, suffering to see her suffer etc. He has been shown upset everytime he saw Jassi with Purab, and it was attributed to business rivalry. You could see writers building it up slowly the realization of love, which is good (as opposed to filmi way where it happens o/n).

Anyway, I am still waiting for how and when the makeover takes place. 3x/week is going to slow things down for jjkn.

well seems like armaan stills wants malika. I think he should leave her at once now.

Yes that's true.Actually Armaan used to get very upset at Purab and most probably put down his dislike to an obvious reason rather tahn analyse it for something deeper.He himself didn't understand that his dislike of Purab and Jassi together might stem from something deeper than simple buisness insecurity.
