Kunal-Nat’s break up is near?

They were 2 promos hinting dat kunal-Nat wil break up
1st promo: Kunal is weeping & telling Nimmo dat he lost
everything,now he's tensed whether he'l lose Natasha
also.Himmo feels sad.He holds her hands & asks her
whether he'l bcum alone.Nimmo sits close 2 him & tells dat she'l b always there with him
2nd prmo: Kunal comes and see a letter where it says "sorry kunal can't meet u..have an important meeting.. bye" ( from natasha )
and he throws the bunch of roses tht he got..and get's a cut. and then nimmo comes and tears her dupatta and ties it around his arm. and in kunals mind he's thinking that nimmo's so nice..before i fall she'll take care of me and before i even say anything she'll hear me.. and then nimmo says...did u say sumthing? and the narrator says will they be able to let out their feelings? or will it remain in them forever?
So do u think Kunal-Nat's break up is near?
