Savdhan India ... India Fights Back (14 September 2012 - Full Episode)
A shameless 'father' whose goal in life is to live on the earnings of his daughter. A 'father'...who is eager to sell his daughter. Does he deserve to be called a 'father'??? A mother who wants to save both her daughters...but realises that she could lose both in her attempt... She makes the most difficult decision in her life... She leaves her elder daughter behind... A painful, but necessary decision... (so effectively expressed by Mr. Bahl) All was well for 7 years...Alas:( ...a cruel turn of events. The younger daughter is dragged back into the rut! Little did she know that her elder sister would end up being her saviour... At the tender age of 14, what torturous emotional experiences she had to go through! Appalling!!!! Pitiful!!!! She never gave up. She knows how much her mother struggled to free her. She will never give up. She is afraid... She is young... She is innocent... But...she is very, very brave! She frees herself from her despicable father... At the same time, her pure heart aches that she had to do something so 'violent'... She cannot believe that she shot her own father! What she must have gone through...:( Poor Girl!... Brave Girl!
Thanks to Mr. Bahl, who so powerfully conveyed - the dilemma faced by the mother... the digust he feels for the father... the strong social call necessary to stop this heinous practice... his sympathy for the younger daughter... his sympathy for all the victims of such hideous 'crimes'... his respect & appreciation for the owner of the Ashram...how strongly he feels about such 'malpractice'...etc...etc... Mr. Bahl, we get the message...Loud & Clear!!! Thank you for an extremely Empathetic Delivery! Fight back...
