At the moment I would say 1. Gayatri ne bas ek baar faint kiya aur dil me hole aa gaya... 😆 Aur woh doctor bhi kamaal ki cheez hai... X-rays ke baghair bhi usne kya kya ter kiya...

I think you have to add minus too....
KTH is not worthy to be watched without Rajeev and Aamna together, coz Aamna only suites Rajeev, and Rajeev only suites Aamna, and they only suites eachother....
