who is the owner of SN now? initially it was on Kutumb's name . then it was transferred to Indira's name. she told everyone that she will transferred it to their name . but she might have not done that. so according to law after her death it should be on rishi's name. so now rishi is owner of SN and Zara can be Kirayadar

According to Indian Law if a married woman dies without writing her will then her property is inherited by her children and not her husband...

so in Indira's case the SN belongs to Indu...

if man dies with out will his property gets equally divided between his wife children and widow mother but if woman dies her property gets transferred to her husband and we say that all r equals

i dont agree with u on this point...

u r right about the man's will but u r wrong about the women's will...
