The Beast Palace : Hottie Couple on Public Display

It hits Rishabh somewhere , whether he agrees or not. Maddy's hatred , her disgust , her physical defiance , her twisting and turning to break free from his passion. Deep down, this beast is convinced that Maddy , even though bought for 40 lacs and bound by a contract – she is going to leave him someday and run off to some other shelter. He is convinced that he has to keep fighting with Maddy to keep her attention and her passion to himself or else she will run away from him. To fight his own passion and attraction for her , he has to keep hurting her with cold attention.
It was totally a ferocious tiger versus a defiant scorned tigress at the party. The guests could not take their eyes off them and they were convinced that they were standing in some wrestling rink. Rishabh is obsessed with her , possessed by her and he cared two hoots about who was watching him and Maddy in the party – it was her all the way , his one-on-one war with her all the way. He did believe that the humiliation dose was over after the drinks' tray dance – he thought that the blow was over after having turned her into a hot waitress with his seductive moves – he couldn't help adding his own feelings to the apparent insulting injury that she was a coward who always run off – he just had to say it that she always leaves him and runs off. So, fine, honey. Insult is done for the day – take off and go up to your room and leave me – like you always do by running away from me like a roadrunner ostrich.
And Maddy?
Well, the lady was super complicated today apart from being superhot with Rishabh. She can't stand to breathe in the same space as Rishabh, right? Yet , instead of feeling disgusted and relieved that Rishabh's tamaasha for the evening was over and retiring to her room, Maddy didn't budge from her spot – you could see stubborn anger and passionate defiance in her eyes. She should have given Rishabh a disgusted look and left the party keeping her pride as it was Rishabh who was doing an embarrassing theatrical drama. Did she? No. Fired up , charged up and drawn by Rishabh's twisted comment that Maddy runs from him because he affects her – Maddy stayed back. When Rishabh gave her that prowling tiger grin and held out his hand , ridiculously asking for her hand to dance , Maddy gave him her hand bravely and arrogantly with a pained but proud face.
The dance was a passionate display of clashing egos, unresolved passions , attacks and defiance – Rishabh twisting and twirling her around, Maddy being defiant and aggressive in her moves , even being spiteful by pushing him away – but always falling back into his arms. And what did this dance of passion end in? An intense standing posture where Maddy stood in Rishabh's cover , his arms embracing her – and both of them having long forgotten the world around them. Point: Maddy will always fall back into Rishabh's arms , no matter how defiant she gets or how aggressive Rishabh gets.
Where does this passion and intensity in Maddy come from? Where is that soft mild rotlubala Maddy? Why does she always jump into Rishabh's insanity and becomes a part of it? Why does she match Rishabh's madness, intensity , mindless passion instead of sensibly handling it? What was she so angry and upset about when Rishabh didn't even come close enough to her face , forget kissing her? Why was she speechless in front of Rishabh when he came running after her once done with the near-kiss fiasco and blocked her way to bajaao her? Why didn't she answer him back and tell him to get lost like she always does? Why was she sitting on her bed , thinking about the moment when she and Rishabh were lost in that supposed dance of temper? Think about the humiliation , why those moments of weakness? And why such temper unleashed on her saasumaa? Saasumaa told you to be mindless like Rishabh and dance with him? Saasumaa told you to keep standing in the party and counter Rishabh with your passion and spark? And from where did the whole talk of Rishabh being unchangeable, and this marriage having no hope crop up when that lady was only saying sorry to you? When she keeps saying that Rishabh is an animal who cannot be turned back into a human –being , she confuses you. Who is trying to convince? Radhaji or herself? Who is so angry at ? Rishabh or herself?
This influx of passion and unreasonable behavior comes from the one who sets her afire – Rishabh.
Today Maddy was a bundle of scattered nerves and unresolved passionate emotions. Its like she is in some no-man's land emotionally. Rishabh's wicked jibe that what hurt her more – being not kissed? Perhaps that is what is going on inside Maddy as well – what hit her and why is she not relieved that Rishabh didn't carry out his threat?
Maddy is in a schism right now – a schism of humiliated honour and unresolved unsettled feelings with a divide between them. Hurt and humiliation over being made a dramatic spectacle at the party . Angst and anger that she was swayed by Rishabh's passion – that she lost herself in him – that somewhere he rejected her a woman. I don't know how the creatives will handle it , but going by her character and its evolution – at this point, Maddy doesn't want to know how she feels and she hates the thought that Rishabh set her heart aflutter and he could feel it.
Rishabh? He is besotted with Maddy but the size of his menacing ego and his demonic defiance is much more gigantic than his little heart who only murmurs once in a while but chooses to remain silent.
Precap: Sometimes, you have to hit people the hardest where it hurts so that they remember who they were. Don't hate Radhaji for being so harsh on Rishabh. He totally called for it – feelings aur Biwi handle nahiin hoti , toh furniture todho , rozz rozz apnaa aur apni biwi ka bhaaji-paala mutt banaao.
P.S- Bittuji is going to be pro-Maddy , I guess. He was disappointed by Rishabh bigtime. And ya, Rishabh and Maddy are going to beat all the Brangelinas and Saifeenas in the world. Except for their consummation, expect this couple to lead an over friendly life with media and public.
