Rishabh and Maddy are going to beat all the Brangelinas and Saifeenas in the world. Except for their consummation, expect this couple to lead an over friendly life with media and public.

^ 🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣
Agree.🤣🤣

Don't wanna add anything else, but this is so so true. I was thinking the same thing🤣

Lovely analysis, Poco.👏
The episode was mesmerizing in the Rishbala scenes, and very good in the other scenes.
Every moment Rishabh and Maddy shared screenspace today was magical. But even by that soaring standard, the dance was spellbinding. Sheer fantastic chemistry that can make time pause. Just wish they had more close-ups. A lot more close-ups.
Rishabh is becoming more and more vulnerable to Maddy, which - unfortunately for her - translates into becoming a perpetual ticking timebomb. He no longer goes haywire when she insults him, and he's more and more heedless of all else in focussing on her.😊 He has at some point started thinking of this relationship as permanent, that Maddy will always be his, and he wants to show her off not humiliatingly but cherishingly.😃 But any perceived third wheel - even his own mother - has him reacting as if to a suckerpunch.
I found it interesting that his anger was salved simply by taking Maddy on the waitress-dance among the guests. With him constantly at her side the way he was, there was not a guest who would have dared to slight her by even a glance.
Maddy does not realize yet how protected she is by his reactions if anyone else tries to look down on her.
Really feel that Rishabh erred in not just going all the way in marrying Maddy. She has been brought up to believe that marriage is for life. That marriage - even to a monster - is to be honoured. Even estrangement can last lifelong, with no termination in sight. If Rishabh had made her truly his wife, Maddy would have probably endured far worse humiliations for far longer without retaliating.
And Rishabh's blazing protectiveness if anyone follows his lead in insulting her would not be giving everyone around him whiplash.😆
Rishabh's disillusionment with the institution of marriage seems paradoxically accompanied - even in enmity - by a commitment to the institution's most fundamental principles.

But the precap... Devastating for Rishabh, and necessary for the future of Rishbala, it was nevertheless infuriating.😡 I do believe absolutely that Rishabh would have gone to rescue Maddy after being told she was in trouble even if his mother had *not* spoken as she did.
Radha's words and her intentions were right, but that she believed Kukku and Sikky as easily as she did today was appalling.😲 They were telling the truth this time, minus the fact that Rishabh had given Maddy leave to go. But if she believes them this easily, how many lies has she swallowed? No wonder RK won't take the blame for his faults if he has spent more than half his life copping blame without being at fault.
Some solace is to be found in the article about Rishabh taking care of Maddy after he goes to rescue her and the two end up stuck at a deserted studio. Really looking forward to those scenes and hoping Maddy starts to figure out what's going on. As far as Rishabh is concerned and regardless of what he may *say*, this marriage is permanent.😊
Maddy needs to stop listening to his words and focus on the actions. She'll be able to rest easy then.😃 With time, the incomplete rituals can be completed, the contractual impermanence of the union can be transformed into permanence.
If Maddy is worried about the insult in being his aadhhi-adhhoori wife, she need not. Wife she is, and absolutely so, not just legally (albeit *seemingly* temporarily as of now) but in her husband's heart.😊
The problem is *not* in his not having a heart or not feeling for her, but his inability to acknowledge or even comprehend his own feelings for her.😕 He does not love her yet, but he is already covertly protective, overtly possessive and cares far far too much.😆 Declaring herself his wife is a strategem that won't really work until *she* believes it. And once she does, she'll have every bit of the honourable status she misses in this marriage. Then they can move on to battlefield love. Maddy has battles enough facing her, but she needs to focus on each one as it comes.😊
Sorry about the length, Poco. I kept reading about RK having insulted Maddy at the party, but all I could see was that this time, on his own, he had been willing to stop short.😃 The story is developing so beautifully, that fingers crossed no jinx.😊
