no, I don't think so. Kakisa killed Chandni, and I think the producers just wanted to close that chapter so they would not make her come back. this jiji is just there for creating extra trouble and carrying the story on. and I think her eyes are on the money that is under brij's name, and not him.

since urvashi is tara's sister, she obviously can't be chandni.
although it would have been very interesting if urvashi was instead a long distant relative (or that's what she would have claimed to have said) but was chandni instead and married brijesh. now that would have been a very scary storyline.

Yeah, there's no way she can be Chandni because she's Tara's sister, and Kakisa killed Chandni, and we've seen enough of that chapter, and I also think her eyes are on Brij's money, not him.
