districts is a tough one, especially those Collectors who are honest and want to do good for the people. They are manipulated by local politicians until they give in or they pay the consequence of being transferred. It has happened in my district, so I am glad that BV has brought that to life.
I wonder if the cv's will show more of the collector's triumphs over the local MLA (i forget his name), and other chivalrous acts. I liked that episode of the hidden suitcase in his office.
I am new to this forum and BV, but becoming a fan of the 'new collector'. I must say that he is a 'dashing knight in shining armour'
