~Introducing to COTW~

Rules:
* Each Week there will be a COTW
* There will be different kinds of Pictures in each COTW
* Everyone must think of a brilliant caption for the Picture.. depending on the Picture

We will start this as soon as we Viewbies/Mods for this section!
