Bollywood's Most Eligible Bachelor Salman Khan's Has always been in the news for his Marriage and Girlfriends.

During the Promotions of Ek tha Tiger , Fed up of the incessant speculations about his marriage, Salman Khan has finally decided to set the records straight. He has vowed to remain single for the rest of his life, that too in the presence of his former girlfriend Katrina Kaif.

"I want to remain single and swatantra (independent) all my life," he said. That's the reason he has decided to release his film Ek Tha Tiger on August 14, the eve of Independence Day.

"I wonder why people are so interested to see me getting married. Please allow me to decide my relationship status," added the actor, loud and clear. Those present at the event wondered if he was trying to prove a point to Katrina, who was sitting right next to him. But a source close to Salman said, "No, he wasn't trying to prove anything to Katrina or anybody else for that matter. He was just trying to give an honest answer to the questions posed at him."

While Salman was confessing his life plans, Katrina remained expressionless throughout. Our source says, "She was uncomfortable knowing that she was the reason Salman had to face such questions.

So she made it obvious that she wanted to stay out of it." Clearly, she didn't want any comment of hers triggering yet another controversy. Once again, the no-nonsense actress proved that she only means business.
